I’m going to try to describe two employees at this site, who are the reason for this review and deserve recognition for their hard work. A bald gentleman, who I know is a manager, who is always very nice and very fast. The other is a gentleman that may be new, with thick glasses and neck tattoos, who is ALWAYS smiling, is extremely friendly and cheery. This place isn’t perfect, but I know when either of these two are working, my order will be fast, correct and my interaction will be pleasant. You are lucky to have these two at your site. Please recognize them.

I've been going this location daily for over a year. Throughout that time I developed a rapport with many of the staff. One worker knew our order so well, she'd have it half finished on the screen before i even pulled up. Others knew the order fairly well but got it wrong one day and i corrected them quickly at the window, in the hopes they wouldn't have to make two coffees and ever since (2 weeks), only my coffee has had ingredients incorrect. I would correct it at the window and have it still come out wrong. The person who knew my order like the back of her hand for months, all of a sudden gets it wrong everyday, even after corrections were made.
Ordered a caramel ice Macchiato and received just a Macchiato, I didn't have time to wait until they made another one for me, so I went on to work. I took about 5 sips, and my coffee was finished. All I saw was a cup filled with ice. Can't believe this is what Dunkin is doing now to save, but charging customers more.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese from the drive thru window. I didn't have time to check the bagel after I received it. I got to my desk at work and opened the package just to find nothing inside the bagel.Dear managerYou are not building rockets or doing brain surgery in this shop. How difficult is it to put cream cheese on a piece of bagel?

Nothing special to talk about. Basic donut shop. Not greeted properly walking in the door. Not paid attention to at the register. Couldn't fulfill my order so if I wanted anything I had to pay full price for a coffee I did not like with too much ice that did not last me an entire hour. There is an assisted living facility that is close by and I feel for those workers who are doing a tremendous job giving back to their community and they can't even get a coffee without having to replace or sacrifice or just go without.Wouldn't recommend.

The people working don't care about the customers. The orders are always wrong and they forget to give you everything in your order all the time, especially later morning and afternoons.

We are here now at 6pm. They don't close until 8 and refuse to make a bagel bc the ovens are shut off... 2 hours before they close... Can't do anything but donuts. How hard is it to toast a bagel....
