We come here every weekend Saturday and Sunday and while the coffee is really good but the service sucks and its not getting any better for example my partner and I waited at the register for almost 10 minutes before we got any attention mind you there are 9 employees just walking around aimlessly doing nothing but checking there phones every 2 seconds.. this crap is getting crazy

Their rewards suck!! Not everyone drinks coffee!! It's not that hard to go back to the east it used to be coffee OR tea inorder to get a reward or badge!!

I come to this location every so often, typically in the morning. Whenever I come by the drive thru, the wait is exceptionally long. While waiting in line, I can hear the man at the window cackling with other customers for 5 minutes per customer. It’s getting ridiculous! To the point where I don’t think I can visit this location any longer, which is beyond a shame since I live right next door. The unprofessional behavior of the employee at the window is frankly baffling. While I appreciate friendly service, holding up the entire line for extended personal conversations is unacceptable. It creates a negative experience for everyone else. This excessive wait time consistently throws off my schedule and makes it impossible to grab a quick coffee before work or other commitments. It's incredibly frustrating to be stuck in a drive-thru line for so long due to unnecessary chatting. I'm genuinely disappointed that I'm being forced to consider other coffee options. Living so close, this location should be my go-to, but the consistently slow and unprofessional service makes it impossible to justify. I hope management addresses this issue before they lose more customers.

When employees go above and beyond to make genuine relationships with their customers, it’s appreciated! Joe made my morning watching him interact w a smaller customer (toddler). The boy knew Joe and obviously loves him!! Stay awesome…

This is my local Dunkin and they are always AMAZING
I’m going to try to describe two employees at this site, who are the reason for this review and deserve recognition for their hard work. A bald gentleman, who I know is a manager, who is always very nice and very fast. The other is a gentleman that may be new, with thick glasses and neck tattoos, who is ALWAYS smiling, is extremely friendly and cheery. This place isn’t perfect, but I know when either of these two are working, my order will be fast, correct and my interaction will be pleasant. You are lucky to have these two at your site. Please recognize them.
