We are here now at 6pm. They don't close until 8 and refuse to make a bagel bc the ovens are shut off... 2 hours before they close... Can't do anything but donuts. How hard is it to toast a bagel....

I don't know what to say, the lobby wasn't open yet and I have to be at work before they open. We don't have Dunkin' in my area, so I pulled up to the drive-thru and I asked for her help to make me a coffee. I couldn't have made this coffee better myself. It was like she knew exactly what I meant by semi-sweet and smooth and creamy!.. I'm not used to bright shiny people at 5:00 a.m., most of the time there is tired as I am and they're ready to just get it together and go! These folks are awesome!!

My friend and I wanted to get breakfast before going to lake compounce. We had order ice coffee with almond milk and there was no milk in it at all. It tastes like water coffee. We even asked her are you sure there is almond milk in it before driving off and she said yes. My other friend order a different type of ice coffee drink and had asked if she wanted creme in it. At that moment we should have known not to order anything. The food order was correct and tasted fine. We would not come back to this location.

I ordered a grilled cheese and it was cold in the middle and the slices was solid. Normally it's piping hot and I have to wait a while before even attempting to eat it. Not our go-to Dunkin in Southington.

Dunks is Dunks. Went on a quiet sunday evening, teens working there were over it but courteous. No complaints, which is pretty good.

i love my regular ladys that r at the drive thru they r the 2 best worker there that i know i dont know them all but they are awesome i drive there only for my coffee they remember my order everytime and so polite again awesome they need a raise lol luv u girls she u on saturday
I was got here by to go order, one was my drink,I got carpaccio one ,it makes me carpaccio the mike like expired one ,when I drinking it after I got go bedroom many time ,after I got bedroom three day continue ,I feeling dead for the bedroom, it is like I drink coming with me,go the bedroom many time a day , it is something broken when I drink it , I think is milk past the day,they continue make the carpaccio again ,I feel dead so bad. I will do something for that ,when I know it ,told people don't go here buy it ,it is damaged when I know.
