Went through the drive thru with my wife and ordered some latte and a sandwich. When I pull up to the window I forgot an item so I asked if they can add another sandwich to the order before I pay. They said NO. NO? Really? You can’t press a dang button to add a sandwich to the order? It’s not like I paid yet so it should be easy. It’s just a button to press. But no. They can’t add another sandwich to my order. Maybe I’m too fat and they’re just helping loose weight. I don’t know, maybe they’re lazy, who know, but I didn’t know I can’t add more stuff to the order than isn’t paid yet.

Horrible customer service! Wasn't given the food or drinks I ordered and paid for because they cleaned up 40 mins early before close. What a horrible way to run a business and of course no manager on duty a bunch of young kids with attitudes. Stay far away from this dunkin!

Ordered a chocolate milk and a grilled cheese, the grilled cheese was just bread and they literally did not even cook the cheese, was fresh out the freezer and everything. The chocolate milk was expired. Worst Dunkin in CT.

We stayed in the hotel next door and visited here several mornings. Harmony was so awesome. She even learned our orders almost by the 2nd day. The other crew members were really nice and there was a good vibe between them. 2 thumbs

I absolutely love this Dunkin. I go here most mornings on my way to work. The morning crew (especially the women) that are there on the week days are so personable and so sweet every day. Even though it's early in the am they give 100% to every order they take. It really makes my morning to see them. I will continue to go here to get my Dunkin. This is the best Dunkin Donuts in Southington (and there are quite a few)!
