We stayed in the hotel next door and visited here several mornings. Harmony was so awesome. She even learned our orders almost by the 2nd day. The other crew members were really nice and there was a good vibe between them. 2 thumbs

I absolutely love this Dunkin. I go here most mornings on my way to work. The morning crew (especially the women) that are there on the week days are so personable and so sweet every day. Even though it's early in the am they give 100% to every order they take. It really makes my morning to see them. I will continue to go here to get my Dunkin. This is the best Dunkin Donuts in Southington (and there are quite a few)!

Best dunkin around. I would go in every single morning once I got to work. I would always order the cheddar bagel twist but they would always sell out. The staff got to me personally and after that they always made sure they had 2 set aside for me every morning! That was very much appreciated!

The drive thru service was terrible, the man on the headset was rushing me to order, then when I got to the window the older gentleman was very nice. The coffee I got was a signature turtle and coolatta. The turtle tasted very bitter and not delicious at all and the coolatta was practically made of ice I couldn't drink either of my drinks and I was very disappointed.
