I can't taste their food, because I only night a coffee. The counterperson was very nice and helpful. The store doesn't provide staff with a list of potential allergens in their food (in my case, it was dairy), so I was unable to buy any food. Clearly, it wasn't their fault. I did suggest they mention it to the franchise owner so they can have the information available when needed. The store was very clean and had an open concept feel. A plant or two might give it a less sterile feel; it's just a thought.

I have never left a review in my life. EVERY time I go to this Dunkin they make EVERY SINGLE THING WRONG. Then when I ask for them to fix it, there's a whole problem. (Example: medium iced coffee, 5&5 caramel... They remade this THREE times and it was still wrong so I just took it). I preorder on the app, so this should not be an issue. I rarely come to this Dunkin, the past 4 times I have, nothing is right. 10/10 don't recommend. Managers- get your staff together. The prices of Dunkin have skyrocketed and yet everything your store is turning out is horrible and your workers don't care? 😬

I work dennys down the road and I always go here and the staff is so nice and helpful never had an issue. Going there at 6am today cause I need there coffe....
Went through drive through. The girl taking the order was less than enthusiastic to be working cause she couldn't even crack a smile. I ordered a medium frozen coffee and two orders of the snackin bacon. My frozen coffee was good but I thought the snackin bacon came with 8 halves (or 4 full slices)of bacon... One of my orders only had four halves (2 whole slices) and my second order only had 5.5 halves (2.5 slices). Pretty upset cause I paid for two orders and barely got one full order. I didn't notice this until I was already on the highway on my way home which is almost an hour away. I will not be coming back just to have a small order like that fixed, but I really feel if you have people working at the window and on the food line they should know the menu so that people don't lose out on their hard-earned money when they decide to treat themselves

My friend walked in we witnessed this poor girl getting bullied for no reason whatsoever we were appalled by what we saw the store was absolutely dirty none of the employees were doing their job even then they always have a look on their face like they don’t wanna be there it makes it look bad at a work environment their making us think they don’t wanna even be there to take our order it was ridiculous the bathroom smelled the sink was absolutely dirty in the bathroom every time I walk in their just standing around with angry looks on their face as if they don’t wanna serve to us it’s ridiculous it seems like the manager also lets them do what they want from the look of the store when me and my friend walked in it seems like this Dunkin should really have a health inspection cuz I can assure you there probably is health codes the place is always so dirty

I'm sorry but this place is absolute garbage. When my friend and I approached the location, we were appalled by how disgusting the room was and the staff... Forget it. They all act so amateur and inappropriate for a work setting. They also don't look like they want to be there which is enough for me to realize the type of service we're getting. Oh and while I was there, there was an incident where a girl got bullied there and we were in utter shock by how rude some of these people are. The food was also pretty mid because the employees look like they don't care being here. Sorry but if I can give this place zero stars I would. I will never come back!

I usually enjoyed Dunkin’ Donuts especially their coffee latte and my kids also love the donuts unfortunately I had a very bad experience at this location today the sore was so massy and nasty everything was dirty the tables, the floo, even the pin pad was full of dust, the machines inside were all sticky oh my gosh I couldn’t stay there for a while. Me and my kids are having our order we wanted to stay but it was impossible with all that bad smell and the workers were singing and annoying us. I threw my coffe and the avocado toast it was disgusting I hope the manager will take care of their food safety I will never visit this place again

Trying to find a new consistent dunkin after moving; this one’s not it. My iced coffee was botched and the wrap I had was on the brink of still being frozen.

I ordered through grubhub. I ordered two different sizes coffees and two sandwiches. The sandwiches and the smaller coffee were made properly.. but the larger coffee was made completely wrong, and the restaurant knew they made it wrong, cause they decided to refund for a price match, but sent a coffee that could no drank out with the order . And when I went to leave a review with the app, it kept keeping me that it was unavailable and an error occured... If you are going to buy from this location, order in person so you can make sure your order is correct.. now I have to wait up to 5 days for a refund that they decided to put in for a price match, making it so I couldn't dispute the coffee that they knew they made wrong. if they payed attention to the order and make the coffee correctly, this wouldn't be a problem, but they sent it anyways knowing it made wrong. I posted reviews in every place I could. Do not go to his location,if you actually want them to make your entire order correctly and actually be able to get service, if something does happen to go wrong.. I get things happened, but how this situation was handled is unacceptable.
