Order #634 at 3:14:35 Pm 9/30/2025. If I can give this place 0 I would.i ordered a carmel iced coffeee with cream and sugar, given incorrect order, going back and yelled at for saying it was badly made. Absolutely disgustingly treated and will not return ever again.

Do not order here if you have a caffeine sensitivity or heart issue. I order decaf, and EVERY single time I order from here I wind up shaky and jittery. The staff is always rushing around and barely acknowledge you, so they obviously aren't paying attention to what they're making.

The kid with the neck tattoo dishes out constant disrespect and attitude I’ve been here 15+ times yet not a single order has ever been right… I once got a sandwich straight out of the fridge as well. Not even heated

We waited behind the car in front of us at the window for nearly 15 minutes - not acceptable- if the order for the car before us wasn’t ready they should have had them pull into a spot in the parking lot and brought out their order when it was ready, not hold up everyone else. Our hot latte was not hot since it was sitting there already made while we waited.

Won’t be EVER coming back to this Dunkin EVER again! Got home order was wrong had to drive back to get correct order…waited at speaker for a long time I finally ssid HELLOOOO..the girl yells back “I’ll be with you in a minute…don’t you see we’re busy!” Mind you there wasn’t anyone in front of me but there was a huge line behind me waiting to order. RUDE & shouldn’t be working with the public. Girl should grow up & go work elsewhere & not be in contact with customers.

I come here almost every weekend and I'm honestly going to just start going to go the like 2 miles out of my way to the other dunkin nearby..I only go to this one bc its on my way to work. I bring munchkins or donuts for my coworkers every weekend. The first time inpicked these up on my eay to work they were fresh anf soft. Now, these munchkins been stale and hard as a rock EVERY weekend I've gone there since.. so are the donuts. Rock hard. Stale. Disgusting and disappointing. I don't understand how they can just sell extremely stale baked goods and not care or do anything about it. I'm not sure what it's like during the week.. but during the weekend I have yet to ever have a soft donut or munchkin. Totally wasting my money the past few weeks thinking "maybe this time they'll be fresh!"..nope. not to mention, they never have any selection of donuts/munchkins. They're always sold out which is.. miraculous, considering how stale their shit is.
I feel cheated and dumb for wasting my money every week.
Also, their customer service is god awful. There's maybe one or two employees that are actually nice. Everyone else I've had the displeasure of experiencing needs to brighten the duck up or just quit at this point. The older ladies and the one heavier woman with blondeish hair are all nasty,unwelcoming employees. This dunkin is NOT worth your time,energy and ESPECIALLY not your money!!!

Showed up at 7:50 at the drive thru and the speaker said they were closed. So I decided to go inside because maybe they close the drive thru early? Nope. Fully locked and closed.

You need to give yourself 15-20 minutes if you are going to use the drive-thru; I’m dead serious. The service is so unbelievably slow. Never fails to disappoint. So unfriendly and unapologetically slow. Hoping someone from management sees this, to make a change.
