Just went there. The drive-thru attendant made sure I really wanted a hot coffee, not iced. It made me think a while. But I still got the hot. They didn't have the donut I wanted, but I received a complimentary plain stick. Now that's going above and beyond.

I’ve only done mobile order. The lot is not designed for drive-thru it’s miserable and unfortunate for anyone parked. (bc people in their cars are ignorant). Park by Sassy’s. It’ll save you time and just being annoyed so early. Also, for the employees- they need to call out their orders in some way more often. When it gets crowded it’s impossible to know if you put food out from around the corner. It’s simple and will only get ppl in and out faster. Common sense i...

This dunkin is a hit or a miss as far as service goes but I must say that it has been the only dunkin by far to make the best drinks. The younger crowd the works here could care less about providing good customer service but the older ladies that work there have great customer service.
