i go out of my way to stop at this dunkin on my way to work because they always make my coffee correctly and it actually tastes the same every time. the staff is also super friendly at this location!

I love this particular Dunkin Donuts. They definitely could use an upgrade there but the help is really very nice and always friendly. Never a long wait either. Been going here for years now!

This morning 09/09/24 I went through their drive thru to get an order of coffee for myself and my coworkers 3 to be exact. The lady at the drive thru with brown skin and glasses was taking care of my order and instead of putting my drinks in a tray she had them held with her hands and under her chin which is extremely unsanitary as she was breathing over all three of my drinks. Working in the food industry everyone should know how to properly care for orders. With Covid circling back around I don’t feel safe to go back go to that dunkin as I’m unsure if the rest of their staff is being unethical as well. I will start going to other Dunkin’s on Queen street from now on. I hope you all learn from this experience and pay more attention to detail when it comes to serving your customers.

I often order ahead and pickup at the drive through. Great service, always very pleasant and accommodating. They greet you and check your order, ask if that's everything etc. They never rush you
