This is a terrible location. They only focus on the drive-thru. 10+ cars served before I got a bagle and a coffee. The worker refused to take my order in the store. Referring me to a kiosk computer to order.After navigating the confusing computer menu, I placed my order and then waited 15 minutes for a bacon, egg, and cheese, everything bagle toasted.What I got, after all that, was a barely toasted plain bagle with egg and Swiss cheese and 3 orders of hash browns... Gross!The whole time, there were no other customers inside, only the franchise owner on his laptop complaining about no one being higher than him in the company and 3 workers focused solely on the drive-thru.Go through the drive-thru if you must go to this location at all and double-check all your orders.

I ordered curbside pick up last week because I thought it'd be quick, but I was wrong. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my order of one drink, a wrap, and a donut. I had seen at least 2 groups of people and several cars place their orders and receive them before they even got to making mine. By the time they brought out my order I was getting ready to go in and ask where it was or cancel because of limited time. They gave me my order but said they were out of donuts (which doesn't make sense because it's a Dunkin Donuts- like they didn't have any at all). I wasn't offered any alternative, refund, or advice on what to do about it. The food and drink I was able to receive was okay but not the greatest compared to many other locations. I definitely do not plan on going to this location again.

Don't come to this location after 3pm the service was so so slow and when I tell you slow am not exaggerate my wife finish her bacon egg and cheese at the window before she got her coffee. A guy behind us left the line that's how long they took.
This place gets very busy and you often have to wait a while. Sometimes the order isn’t correct and I have to return. They are great at making the corrections.

Dunkin' donuts is one of my favorite places, but this location was exceptionally horrible. When I went through the drive through the service was horrible, and the lady then continued to ask me if I was done after every single thing I ordered. Then when I pulled up to the window she had AirPods in and didn't even acknowledge me, and was talking to someone else on a call. Also the drinks had barely any flavor and were not completely full.

Getting very tired of shops nickel & dimeing you for every little extra... First it was the whip cream, now if you get extra shots of flavor & butter on a bagel... Next thing you know they're going to start charging for the cups.

Never use mobile orders here. I've been to this location multiple times and every time I make a mobile order they only make you drink and forget about the rest and leave you waiting there. They are to busy worrying about the drive thru line that they will almost never serve you inside.
