When I searched on Google a place to sit and relax, It directed me to this beautiful tea house. It was exactly what I needed, and what I thought it would be. I’m definitely a hidden gem in Southington.

Walking into Fable is like walking into a magical wonderland. Just sipping some tea and taking in the environment is an experience alone. They also have amazing products and classes. Definitely check it out!

Please specify the age more clearly!! For the after hours that is. The atmosphere is amazing and the employees are nice, and though I understand the age minimum it was not easy to find this information on website or even at the location itself. Even my coworkers who i was meeting with were unsure but said I should come anyways and see what the case was, because many breweries/lounges in CT allow underage or 18+ with adult guardian 21+ but they are very clear if that is the case or otherwise. I am lucky we had a backup plan or else I would not be able to see them after work and would have to go home! I just hope this helps if anyone has the same question before going.

Was recommended to visit this by a coworker. Signed up for an herb of the month class. Very neat atmosphere, knowledgeable teacher, and nifty things for sale. A good visit for lovers of tea, herbs, and drinks.

First time stopping in this cute little space. Very unique and has a great vibe. Love that it’s an all organic place for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The staff was absolutely amazing! Highly recommended. Give it a try.

What a magical experience! My group of 7 tucked away in a beautiful corner of the shop and enjoyed pot after pot of tea. The owners were so accommodating and advised us on different teas we might enjoy. It was a lovely atmosphere and there were so many eclectic trinkets, toys, soaps, candles, jam, jewelry, perfume… and more! Thank you for a lovely morning <3

I can not express how wonderful this place is. Every staff member is friendly and the owner is very accommodating. I had gone to the sip&read and fell in love with the place.
We had a group of us all come in and Tina was so friendly. We weren't able to give her a head count but she still made it work.
The snacks they have are small but good, especially if you're only grabbing 1 drink. The drinks are diverse. I really love that the mocktails don't feel like mocktails, and it's not just a glass of soda.
At 6 PM, Fable turns into Underworld: which is really unique and fun, almost like a speak easy!
If you're looking for a whimsical small buisness, PLEASE go to Fable. And their gift shop is perfect.

No wonder why this place has virtually nothing but five Star ratings, which is practically unheard of. If you haven't visited yet, you are missing out big time. This is the best cafe/bar experience I have EVER had in Connecticut. The aesthetic ranges from the sublime to the surreal, in the most wonderful of ways. The old fashioned I had was the best tasting I have ever enjoyed. Places like this make me consider moving to Southington. In my opinion, this should be rated the best cafe in Hartford county and I will go on record saying it

Literally the best tea blend I've ever had that I didn't make myself. Absolutely delicious. The ambiance is amazing too, I love the decor. Service was awesome. I also love the fact that nearly everything you see is essentially for sale too, even though it is displayed as part of the environment. I love how it feels like I'm home, even though I'm not. It's very cozy yet spacious, with seating exactly where you'd hope to find seating without looking orchestrated.
