We love having this hidden gem in the neighborhood! Family Pizza has saved us many nights when we didn't have anything ready for dinner, and almost never disappoints. Is this a 5 star, Michelin rated restaurant, no - Is this a great place for a good meal? Yes. I took a chance and ordered the bacon cheeseburger pizza, and it hit the spot! Literally tasted like, well, its name. Over the years we have tried many items from the menu, and all have been solid. Salads are always fresh, vegetables have a great crunch, and great variety (especially the 'side' salads.) Pizza toppings are NEVER sparse! (Unlike so many other pizza places in town....) For the die-hard, New Haven style pizza lovers, this is not New Haven style. Don't compare it. It is a unique, not completely Greek, but not thick crust either. It's just a good pizza - sauce, cheese and golden crust. Thanks Family Pizza! I love seeing your sign illuminated from my front yard! :P

I used to frequent this place it was amazing. Mike the owner was awesome too. I'm glad this place is still here because I'm moving back to Connecticut soon and my family lives near family pizza so I will definitely be back the pizza in Texas is not nearly as good

Everything is delicious. They need a bigger dining room but other than that it's awesome. UPDATE-2025 and they are still rolling strong. Wow went today March 5 and it was delicious. Keep up the good work guys. Update July 2035 -just as good as always. Freshest salads in town.

We were in the area visiting my wife's family and we got a pizza from here to go. We got 2 pizzas actually, a large and a small. Both were fantastic! Then a couple of days later we ordered grinders and once again- absolutely fantastic! No doubt some of the best pizza and grinders I ever had.

Had a last minute need for 50 wings and they got it done and were delicious! Super cute place and very nice kids at the counter for pick up.

Needed to give Family Pizza a huge shout out tonight!!! Ordered a late pizza dinner 25 minutes before they closed with no issues!!! The crew was pleasant and pizza was very enjoyable. Also a huge note... they were shy on toppings!!! It was so nice to have tasty toppings and covered the entire pie and each bite!!! Places have gotten so skimpy yet charges increased... Happy to have this local pizza joint right around the corner!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Their specialty pizza is so filling. I usually eat Slices of most pizza to be satisfied. It takes exactly one slice of Family Pizza and I am fuller that a lardo in a lard factory. I once met the guy who played the incredible hulk on TV there back in 1983. He wasn't as green as I thought he would be.
