Last week my family and i had dinner at Flair which is one of our favorite restaurants and Hector the owner told us his family bought Fratellis. We said we would come in this week snd try out the new restaurant. We had told Hector the we loved clams casino and he remembered and even though they were not on the menu he brought some to us from Flair. They were excellent. We also had the best chicken dish ever which was called chicken fratellis. It was very obvious that Hector and his family bent over backwards to ensure our experience was amazing and.......it was. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a fabulous meal and feel that you are appreciated. Thank again

I couldn't recommend this restaurant more - truly five stars all around. Hector & Christine were so lovely & provided such great service that I will be back whenever I visit Connecticut again. The service & food were amazing; my coworkers & I were impressed with everything.

I will say, the portions are HUGE, so come super hungry!! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thanks for such a wonderful time!!

Have visited this restaurant under the new ownership twice. Once for takeout and tonight to dine in. Both experiences were wonderful and most importantly, the food was delicious. For take out we got the chicken parm and for dine in I had the chicken piccata. The staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommended!

This was a pleasant and nice restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The service was great and the food was also good.We started with an appetizer of stuffed Portobello mushrooms with crab meat and it was delicious. My wife had their main chicken dish named after the restaurant and she loved it.I had the chicken special with a red wine reduction and mashed potatoes and a garlic spinach that was so good. We'll definitely be back and recommend this little gem.

Nope No

Season your food. Also, you are either going to be an upscale restaurant or a family restaurant. The way you let that family with loud obnoxious children ruin other patrons good evening is a crime. Learn how to tell obnoxious people to be quiet and not ruin other's dining experiences.

I ordered two trays of lasagna for takeout. I had previously ordered it under the old owners. This might have been the worst lasagna I have ever had including anything frozen over the last 50 years. The sauce was a combination of bland tomato soup and tomato puree. There was almost no meat or cheese in it and it was maybe an inch thick. It was a side for 18 people and one was person said it was okay. EVERYONE else said it was terrible. Of the two trays, there was 1 and 1/3 left. I used to really like their food but it has gone so far down the hill it is embarrassing.

Pleasant dinner stop off the highway. Food was good and it was busy, but we didn't have to wait long.

Came here after going to look at Christmas lights with the family. Came in at 6:15 and walked out the door at 8 p.m.Now I want to emphasize that this is not a nock on our server as he was very pleasant. But more on the management for the lack of training.Service was painfully slow, it took almost 2 hours to have a meatball appetizer and 3 pasta dishes. Again all the staff was friendly just very very slow. It took the poor kid almost 10 minutes to manually add up our check.Prices was slightly high but not outrageous.Food was good, just felt like something was missing out of my penne. Our bill ame out to $98.00Appetizer meatballs2 pasta dishesKids pasta2 sodas1 glass of wine.Restaurant was very clean, white table cloths and fresh water brought to the table after about 10 minutes without anybody coming over.I would say I'll give it another try to see if was just an off. Ight and lack of training.
