3.5 stars. We stopped here for dinner on a whim thinking it was just a regular Chinese buffet. We were pleasantly surprised. It is a buffet but the setup was like a hibachi/all you can eat restaurant. There is a protein, produce, sauce, and dessert section. Grab a plate and load up it up; the plates were on the smaller side, maybe for good reason. You can try all different mixtures and get creative. Your meal can come out bad or really good.At first I loaded up with fresh veggies but barely had any room on the plate for protein. Bring the plate to the chef and they will cook it up for you. Thankfully the veggies shrunk. On my second plate, I learned to load up with with the proteins first then veggies after. The proteins were frozen; there were seafood, meatballs, shaved steak, chicken, tofu, etc. The sauce station was great, I loved the sweet chili and the general tso sauces. The table service was quick and cold but that's normal for Asian buffets from what I've experienced. Overall, a unique Asian buffet and glad I got to try it out.

Have never had a bad meal here. The food is fresh and nicely cooked. Not crazy crowded. Very good.

Awesome place to make your own plate and watch it be cooked right before your eyes. The food settles in your stomach alittle hard but while you eat its enjoyable. The alcohol beverages are good. Dont go when they first open. The flat top they cook on isnt hot enough and the food comes out halfway cooked, the veggies are still hard. White rice ypu ask the server for its free :) Overall a great place to eat.

No one speaks English!!!! Servers have zero knowledge of vegan food. Could not answer very basic questions and there was no manager on duty even though it was a very busy night. Never wanted to go because it looked shady. Someone gave me a gift card so i went. Won't go back!!!!

Fun overall experience. Large buffet of noodles, meats, vegetables and seafood plus sauces that are cooked in front of you in a large circular hibachi style grill. Staff is attentive at tables, clean up plates quickly. Nice salad bar and ice cream selection as well. Would return and recommend!

Gobi was awesome. I went for a first time for my birthday and we had a great time. The cooks were so prompt and made sure everything was nice cooked. They give a nice show while cooking the food on the big grill in the middle of the restaurant. The prices were just right. I think there is a bigger menu with a little more variety of fish when you go after a certain time so the prices go up too but I'm sure it's worth it. They had rows of food from raw eggs and veggies to seafood and meats. If you want to go vegetarian or meat you have the best of both worlds. There was ice cream and toppings and they had salads and fruit and pudding it was a good time. They just don't have egg rolls there only spring rolls and it's not worth ordering. White rice is free but fried rice is extra cash. I don't think it's worth it. It was bland. The spring rolls were greasy and tiny. The drinks were a good size and free refills. The waitress was mostly attentive you can bring home food in a doggy bag but have to pay per pound so it's a crazy amount. But lunch was good overall. The parking is plentiful and other stores are next door so you can shop by walking after you eat or before.Vegetarian options: All veggies in one area ,, there are 3 different types of noodles , also the tofuParking: Right in front of the restaurant is plenty of parking and easy access for a wheelchair and handicap.Kid-friendliness: Kids can go to the food buffet table and add anything they want to the plate and bring it up for them to cook on the grill. And a full service ice cream bar with toppings .. funWheelchair accessibility: Easy entrance and exit the curb is made for a wheelchair with ramp.

We love Gobi, but $10.95 for a 3-year-old is SO high. Most toddlers won't eat even close to that and it's the reason we choose other restaurants.

This was a rather interesting place to go to with a lot of locals in the restaurant and very busy however, it is not the most sanitary, and I probably would never go back and or eat any of the seafood or meat selections as they looked very off and service is not great.

I have been here many times in the past 7 years. Always get the regular hibachi buffet. Never had a bad encounter. Booths and tables are always clean. Service is mediocre, as generic as any other buffet style restaurant. But the food til this day is exactly the same since the first day I went. It's fresh, consistent, and always the same. They have something to accommodate everyone. I will keep coming back when in the area.

went here with my family of 4 last night(Saturday).was told 25 minute wait. we were seated within 10-15.waitress came by quickly took our drink order and off we went to the buffet.here's where things went a bit downhill.the line was crazy took about 30 minutes from the time we got on line till the time we sat to eat. I went for round 2 and the line was even longer took about 45 minutes.now the food was good and as I have a shellfish allergy they did take precautions to make sure I was safe. they cleaned the are of the grill and blocked it off to cook my food. They used fresh utensils that were only used on my food this was very nice and made me feel at ease that would not have to use an epipen for the night.overall the food was very good and I will definitely go again but never again on a Saturday night. would probably we a weeknight place.in total we paid $103 for a family of 4 not including tip . all of us got the fried rice. so that was $2 per person more. honestly wouldn't get it again as the buffet options were more than enough and made it not necessary
