Great food made fresh to order! Reasonable price point. My partner had the egg omelette and I had the triple Decker turkey club sandwich with fries! Fast, polite service.

Another wonderful Connecticut diner, and I've been to and reviewed more than a few! Counters, booths, and tables- almost always busy.

It was like turning the clock back when you opened the door. Before you was a bustling old fashioned, relaxed business, with waitresses busily serving ang greated you with a friendly smile while helping each other in serving customers. What impressed me the most was the lack of phones in use, people were talking, laughing and simply enjoying the conversations they were having as a group.
The menu selections were many and reminded me of how it used be. The food portions were generous, it was flavorful, it was we'll prepared and delicious.
We thoroughly enjoyed and if in this area again, we'll be back.

The food came out hot, spicy, and plenty of it. The waitress was a lil rude tho, rushing to get through my order, which I didn't get everything I ordered.

The food is very good and tasty —enormous portions, cooked just right, and served hot- the way breakfast should be!. The menu has something for everyone, whether you’re craving sweet, savory, or something in between.
Even though the restaurant was very busy during our visit, our waitress (whose name we didn’t catch) was very kind and attentive. She seemed a bit overwhelmed, but still made the effort to check in and keep our coffee cups full. That kind of service really stands out and is much appreciated.
The place is clean and welcoming, with a relaxed hometown feel. We did have to wait a little for the check, but with how busy it was, that was completely understandable.
All in all, a fantastic breakfast experience—we’ll definitely be back!

I went here to pick up a door dash order, I give the name of the person and the lady just walks away. She comes back with two other people and they’re all standing there looking at me like idiots. Whole time the order was sitting right there on the table. The weirdest restaurant I’ve ever been in. I typically don’t do diners for that reason and I won’t be going there again.

A quintessential dinner. Nothing fancy as far as decor which to me is fine and to some degree a bit nostalgic. The food is excellent and the service is prompt.

I had to get up to ask for more coffee and soda. I had to get up and ask for containers. The pastrami sandwich was good but the quesadilla was bland and very greasy on the bottom. no vegg only chicken and cheese in the quesadilla the poutine fries weren't cooked enough the fries were hard in middle and the poutine gravy was great but the cheese was not warm at all so it was huge curds instead of soft and melted. I asked for the plate to be returned and it came back the same as if they put it in the microwave. they have a large menu. a bunch to choose from. coffee was fresh not enough help for sure but plenty of parking. the bathrooms are clean and the customers were nice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The place was filthy, and the staff was so rude. I came here for the first time for brunch with my family and my waitress was so rude and had the biggest attitude. I had bought two meals for family, and I just wanted a kid's meal and a coffee for myself, and she gave me the biggest eye roll and smart attitude back saying "You can't have that. Buy an adult meal or nothing" I even tried explaining to her that I have a medical condition that makes me not able to eat more than 4 bites of food before I get sick and she would not listen or budge. I ended up just watching my family eat since there was also a $4 charge to take a bite off of their plates. Worst place to ever go. I'll stick to Kizil's down the road. Disgusting.
So nice, The waiters were all great☺️
