Do you want awesome wings? Come here. So many flavors to choose from and they're just the right amount of crispy.I'm not a fan of spicy so I went with the Cool Ranch and Creamy Garlic Parm. I had to stop myself from getting more.

Crystal is the best in the world and if you don't like her I don't know what to tell you.

One of the best bars in Southington. The wings are locally famous and award-winning, and for good reason! Service is good, the menu has plenty of options, and there's always some form of music, either live bands or karaoke. And if the place is full, order your meal to-go and take it to the brewery across the street.

I've had mixed experiences visiting here over the years but when they get the wings right they are honestly some of the best wings I've ever had. Good selection of drinks available. Hopefully the wings don't get much more expensive or I'll be priced out. Definitely worth a try.

Used to be good. New cooks or something, it has changed. The grilled chicken salad is more like shredded chicken salad now. Tiny pieces of chicken. They say leave well enough alone. Service is kind of slow.

Groggy Frogg is a small town bar with a great atmosphere, really good food, amazing wings with over 150 flavors, and has won First Place in a number of tournaments. People have traveled as far as Providence RI just to order their wings. They offer some form of musical entertainment every night they're open, which is Monday, Wednesday,Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Just last Sunday, they started serving brunch to a packed house. On Wednesday evening, they serve a delicious NY strip with 2 sides and a free (I believe) bottled beer. They also have countless other specials throughout the week. In the warmer months, they offer 2 outdoor patios on either side of the establishment. They are located on the corner of Center St and Liberty St in downtown Southington.Parking: There is plenty of street parking and two parking lots. One on the upper side of Center St, one at Groggy Frogg and 2 across the street. Do not park in the Son's of Italy parking lot, that's for members only.Kid-friendliness: I have seen kids with parents for lunch but not evening/night hours. They enforce checking identification.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an entrance in the front as well as the back.

I would not recommend it unless you are a regular and watch sports. We stopped in for a couple of drinks on a Sunday around 2:30 p.m., and one of the bartenders was really rude to us and talking about other customers in front of everyone. She was so concerned about people not leaving high tips and huffing and puffing while working. Will definitely not be going back.

Bar tender on Sunday nights could use some manners with customers... A customer didn't particularly like a drink she made.. it had coconut.. the customer was allergic to coconut. then got nasty at the end of the night & kicked the customer & her friend out of the bar, told the customer she will not serve them again.. when she didn't get the tip she expected..Otherwise patrions & karaoke service was great.. food was good... Customer Service is everything though... if the bar tender wanted a better tip, all she had to do was replace the drink.. or offer an alternative like half off another drink.. something.. instead of snapping at the customer.. & kicking them both out..Because of this Thing I witnessed I will not go back again along with possibly 5 other potential customers..whom would have followed me there..
