Lots of fun. Great mini golf with a nice bar.

Fun mini golf course that is under the canopy of many trees. There is food and ice cream available here too.

Visited Hops on Sept 8th for the late window of football. Hope was the bartender and she was awesome. Let us sample a couple IPA's and apologized for being out on one. The crowd had thinned out and she even joined us at our table when her shift ended. Hope made a great place even better!

Recommend the mini golf but not the food... We went on Friday and were extremely disappointed by the food and service. We were the only ones in the eating area, they were out of diet pepsi and burgers, when we ordered we were told it was gonna be fast cause we were the only ones however we waited over 40 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD. When it came all of our fries were cold, also we returned one of the sodas cause it tasted really bad.
We had a lot of fun at the mini golf but DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE.

My wife and I came today not realizing that they had changed their hours, after some conversation with the owner he allowed us to play free of charge due to the confusion. We were then greeted by a beautiful dog named scout. We had a great time nonetheless great day to play miniature golf, will be back with the kids next time.

Ps, after reading some reviews I don’t understand all of the hate for them taking cash only for the mini golf, I’ve worked/ managed many small businesses and I’ve too dealt with the ridiculous processing fees and getting backlash for raising prices due to them. Love the place been coming here for a long time growing up glad to see y’all still standing

I recently went to Hidden Valley to take my three year old granddaughter miniature golfing for the first time. We had a great dinner first served by very friendly waitresses. The golfing was so much fun and kid friendly. I returned again to visit the beer garden and was equally pleased by the wide selection, great environment and our outstanding, enthusiastic server Hope!

Awful awful place. I took the kids on Sunday and we were excited to play. 1) they onto accept cash. As much as they want to save on taxes, this is not acceptable in 2024 especially as there was no heads up. Had to go home get my debit card as had no cash on me. What a waste of time. Should’ve taken that as a sign not to proceed because 2) the place is not maintained whatsoever we. Trash and algae in the lake, rusty nails sticking out, overgrown plants. Horrible place for kids to be in. 3) they just keep piling people in to make money. Took us 1.5 hrs to do half the course because there were too many people and no organization of how to keep the traffic moving. We left halfway as even the kids had enough. And 4) when I went to raise these issues with the so called manager (some kid) he shrugged his shoulders and said “ok”. No care in the world. Avoid avoid. Our kids deserve better!

Played mini golf and had ice cream afterwards. It was very busy, went the middle of day on the weekend prime time, expect to wait to play. It seemed like an average mini golf place but was nice enough. Ice cream was very tasty. Would go back on a weekday or opening or closing hour for hopefully less crowds.

This mini golf course is beautifully landscaped and partially maintained. It was fun!
The food was okay. The French fries were a bit soggy. The sweet potato fries were very soggy and so gross that I had to throw them out. It was just a big mush of sweet potato.
I would recommend going for the mini golf and eating elsewhere.

Fun course! Great location! Very reasonably priced

I wish the holes were a little more creative, but honestly for a 10 dollar course it’s still very fun

I do wish they kept better care to clean up after other guests as there was a lot of trash by the holes

What a wonderful mini golf course! Beautiful landscaping, friendly staff, a beer garden, food, ice cream and very fair prices.

More like hidden trash. Mini golf is cash only. Too many people, not enough parking. Obnoxious kids out past their bedtime with no parent supervision. There's trash all throughout the mini golf course. It clearly says no food or drink but people get beers and then drink them while playing. Then there's no trash cans so they just leave the cups at every hole. The trees are very overgrown, weeds and leaves everywhere including the holes. Very run down mini golf course, not sure why people rant and rave about it all over social media. The water had green slime all over the top of it and was not pleasant to look at by any means. We came all the way from Eastern Connecticut to visit and it was not worth it. We will definitely not be back. Also, it's very dark and buggy. They didn't even have the lights on- they probably don't work. Don't waste your time or your money.

Great experience here. The employees are amazing helpful and friendly. This place is great place to bring your family or a day to hang out with firends.

Dangerous!
The course could have been great and has potential. However.... a serious lack of maintenance is a big problem.
The pathways between holes and in waiting areas have trees, bushes, prickers, and branches sticking out. The pathways are also lined with excessive poison ivy. EVERYONE in our group had poison ivy on our ankles 3 days later (even though we thought we avoided it)

The worst part is the children's play area.
It's hazardous and needs to be closed until it's replaced.
My 6 year old grandson was so excited about climbing through the wooden train and pirate ship. Unfortunately, as my photos show, both are full of protruding rusty nails and screws and the gazebo for parents to wait has multiple wasp nests. I was stung. Even the benches in the playground area had untrimmed bushes that prevent sitting. Unfortunately, my grandson had to get a tetanus shot after a protruding rusty nail punctured his hand. I later went back alone to take the detailed photos so hopefully other kids don't get hurt the same or worse.
