Worst experience ever. Went in for the pancakes. Waitress was awful. Never took my drink order, the hostess did after I waited forever. Then the food comes out and the pancakes are ice cold. The butter won’t even melt. I went there for the pancakes. I sat there for over 20 minutes before she came back, not to check on me or ask how the food was but to give me the check. I told her the pancakes were stone cold. She brings me a to go box and it is wet inside with what I don’t know…. Just awful.

Placed an online order for pickup. Supposed to be ready for 8:50am. No where close was it. The restaurant did not seem to be busy at all. The positive was that it was quiet and clean. When I entered the restaurant, there was no one there to great guests. In fact an older gentleman and younger lady both of which work there, let me stand there and not be acknowledged at all. The first thing I heard when walking in was that they had 10 Door Dash orders and she was going to call the boss to shut it down- guess guests and money are NOT a priority here. They allow you to order and there was no silverware to eat my pancakes! Overall my pancakes were trash! I ordered the Cinnamon-Stack pancakes. They halfway did their job.

This is hands down the worst breakfast dining experience one could imagine having, they are terribly understaffed leading to long waits, we sat at our table to find it was not prepped for us. The waiter brought us utensils and noted that “they were fresh from being washed” just to find that most were sticky and stained as if they were not clean. We waited about 45 minutes to receive the food we ordered, and when we did we found it was all lukewarm, the cheese were kraft singles not even melted onto the food, and the biscuits and gravy were honestly disgusting. At the end of the meal, the bill came to 102$ for everything which in itself is ridiculous. We were listening to people screaming at each other in the kitchen, and overall this was just a terrible experience. Save your time, go to Ellie’s down the street.
After paying and giving a 10$ tip because frankly the service itself didn’t warrant 20%, the waiter returned with the tip amount HIGHLIGHTED on the receipt as if to say we did not tip him enough.

This particular IHOP has a balloon guy on Saturdays, which my grandkids absolutely love and he is phenomenal.
