I had a great experience. The food and service were great. The waitress Deanna was awesome :) She was very attentive and quick despite being by herself. She recommended the spicy poblano omelette, which did not disappoint. I will definitely be coming back!

Melissa was the only one on. Working so hard running around and yet, was amazing. Very kind, fast service and everything was right. The fact she was the only one on waiting and bussing, and others were not kind to her was sad to me, as she was phenomenal. I would return again specifically for her amazing hospitality.

First here at 8am. 1 hour wait for food. Others fed first. Have a 3 year old, need to get my own crayons and paper from front after 30 minutes. Workers are sloths. Eat here if you have all day to wait for a omelte and some pancakes.

Ordered Eggs Benedict. English muffin was not toasted properly. No butter on the English muffin. Ham was too salty and very skimpy on the hollandaise sauce. I mean extremely skimpy. Waitress was pleasant and polite. The person with me ordered the cinnamon crepe and enjoyed it very much. Also, they had the caramel apple milkshake that they said was way too sweet. It seems that every time we go there it's just one disappointment after another. Perhaps this place needs a better manager. If quality doesn't improve soon, I can see this place shutting down.

This IHOP is a sad story on why restaurants are failing in America.
Not the restaurant's fault but with the couple not controlling their kids and the loud old women talking politics so the whole section could hear them , couldn't get out of there fast enough!

I went November 17, 2024 at 9:30 AM. I was seated in a corner booth where no one can see. The cups brought out for my drinks were filthy. No greetings by waiter just asked for drinks and food. The wait for the food was an hour. Just for the food to have hair in it. Then being told I’m only good for $10 off. Mind you, while we were eating, the waiter never checked in to ask if everything was okay or if the food was good or if anything else was needed. After my complaint to another waiter to talk to my waiter. My waiter came back with the receipt ignoring the fact the other waiter said there was hair in the food so I had to address the situation again. Then as we leave there’s no “sorry about that” nor “have a great day.” It was like we were pushed to the side, spit on, then kicked out. This is not my first bad experience here, I’ve been local for 15 years and thought if I came as an adult it may be different. Would never come here again.
