I gave it a 4 because out of 10 employees that works here there’s always one who is rude and I’m always lucky to get that guy every time I go here. You can’t help it there’s always going to be one bad apple but overall I’m pleased with the service and food. Time greeted every time I walk in and everyone (expect that one dude) is busy working on orders.

Just wanted to give due respect to the gm Amira. We talked about my dog that had cancer every time I went there for food. I didn’t visit that store since he passed a month ago. While I was there last night (9/23) she asked me how he was doing. I teared up while explaining to her that my best friend passed away. As I was getting ready to pay for my order, Amira said it was on the house and she hoped that I have a good rest of my day and healed over losing my best friend. She’s an asset to the company and has great customer service. Thanks Amira 🙏🏼

I've been to other Jersey Mike's locations, but I feel like at the Southington location the service was the best! I was actually greeted when I walked in, which was nice. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. If I saw their name tags I would name drop. Keep up the good work! Everything was on point and amazing! Thank you!

Best Grinder shop by far, barring none… puts Subway to shame. Along with almost all local shops. There are still a few mom and pop’s still out there with great quality, but as far as franchise shops go… A++
Was passing thru Southington and knew there was a jersey Mike's just off 84. Placed an online order and when I got there it was already ready. 👍👍 Delicious as always and never any issues thanks 😁

Pick up order didn’t start getting prepared until 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready despite an empty store. And the chicken was rancid. Had to throw the sandwich out. Terrible!

My bread was stale and as we ate the bread was crumbling. I emailed support. They said I would here from someone and it's been 2 days with no response. I will not be going back. It's not like they were free $24 for 2 regulars. You need to do better. These prices going thru the roof and you guys short cutting to save money. You will continue to loose business.

Matt was extremely helpful while taking care of multiple guests at once. there was a line of 5/6 people with his coworkers were just standing around socializing not helping him. although there was a lot of going, he kept his cool and was very delightful!!
