They showed concern & asked me how was my day was so far which made me so happy to have the employee 1st welcome me & asked me about my day. My sandwich was made perfect.The store & counter was very clean, as well of the slicer was clean which I was very happy because I have seen in other very nasty.I most definitely recommend this store. First off, this is my first time ordering a sub from Jersey Mike and omg, it was the best I’ve ever had! 10/10 for sure! The food, from the bread to the meats, was fresh and full of flavor. I ordered via the mobile app and picked up. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted and helped! So on top of having the best cold sub in my life, the service was impeccable! Thank you!

I love their subs so much. Everything is always delicious, and most importantly, they don't skimp on ingredients. I always order ahead on the app and it's always ready when promised. And the couple times that I had to wait a minute or two for my order (really not a big deal at all) they offered me a free drink or dessert for the inconvenience... Which in my opinion wasn't really an inconvenience. But it was so nice of them. Staff is always super friendly and always greet every customer when they walk in. Love it!

Just got my sandwiches and I’m really disappointed , I just spent $40 and my order is wrong. I asked literally for light lettuce and light tomato they put xtra instead and the meat is not cooked either .that was my first time here, and last time .

All staff were super friendly and the food was phenomenal. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and the bread was nice and soft. Unlike other sub places, this one was really well staffed and it made all operations very smooth.The place was very clean. I went in today after a long trip and remembered that I had previously ordered from this location, the order was wrong and I called and the gentleman mentioned that the next time I ordered i would get a free sub. After a couple of months they still honored their promise. I ordered the giant steak and cheese with bacon, and I have to say it's by far one of the best I've had in a very long time. The staff was friendly, very respectful and great at making the place feel welcomed. Definitely had a good time coming here.

Take away Steak Sandwich was very good, however, had to wait for them to remake it. Apparently someone walked out with my order. Manager comped me a beverage while I waited. I would suggest better control on pick up of phone/on line ordering, anyone could walk in and grab a bag if they are busy. Not exactly set up for dine in. Yes, we will be back.

Wednesday Aug 9 right before closing there was a very nice thoughtful woman who covered my purchase out of the kindness of her heart her names Taylor we need more women with hearts and kindness like her I hope she gets some type of recognition tjay she deserves I have come to this store more times then I can count but she was above the best sweetest and nicest !

Not busy only 3 people in the sandwich shop. My Steak sandwich was so wrong. I wanted mayo and mushrooms only. I got lots of cheese and onions. It was to go so I found out when I got back to my office. There was 2 customers that came back in for wrong orders also SO SO SAD!!
