Tonight my family and I had the worst dining experience ever. We went to Jerzie Joe’s for dinner because of the Lobster special that they advertised. When we sat down we were approached by a blond woman who was very rude. She had a very snarky attitude toward us. She asked us what we wanted to drink and she clearly seemed under the influence of something. She could not find her pen that was hanging off of her shirt! We ended up ordering our food for dinner. An hour and a half later we still had not received our food! No one came over to inform us what was going on. People around us were getting their food. Finally as we were telling the brunette waitress that we no longer wanted our food the food came out! The only reason why we even took our food home and paid for it was because we did not want the brunette waitress having to front the bill! I felt bad for her as she was all over the place trying to keep everything under control. Turns out that the blond waitress is in fact the manager and was drinking on the job as I saw her!! When we tried talking to her about the situation that happened she started yelling at us, threatening to call the cops, and made my seven year old daughter cry. We do appreciate the brunette waitress and the cooking staff as they tried their best. However the manager is unprofessional, rude and because of that we will never be back again.

good food but no service this place needs more staff they got one girl taking all the orders, and dealing with everything

Coming to Jersey Joe's from many years the wings are fantastic the lobsters everything's great there are reasonably priced I fly give it five stars

Steer clear of this place. The manager is a rudest person we ever came across. They had one bartender one server. There’s no way she can handle all the people took over 2 1/2 hours to get our food. The food was undercooked places a nightmare.

Have not been to Jerzies in years. Wife and I decided to go out on 7/19/24. When we arrived there was minimal patrons and 1 bartender. This bartender sucked to say the least! She served us drinks but didn't take our food order for 30-45 minutes. In that time we saw 3 parties of tables get up and leave because of non service. The food when it arrived was very good. We also noticed that the "regulars" at the bar received service faster than the table section, this is unacceptable. If you don't mind waiting because your not a regular then definitely hit up the place.

This bar is a gem of a spot, food here is awesome, especially the Mac n cheese, but really all of it. Great service, great outdoor area, pool table, keno etc.

2 words, Prime Rib! Friday and Saturday, cooked perfectly.

Melissa L. is an amazing bartender! She is very attentive to customers, sociable, and quick. She remembers what her regulars drink. Anytime I see her, she is working hard to take care of her customers, stock the bar, clean, or take care of the business. Melissa knows her patrons and people go in just to see her! She is highly skilled in what she does!

One of my favorite bars! From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you’re treated well. The service is consistently great. I enjoy seeing Melissa the bartender. She’s able to talk to her customers while multitasking. She’s attentive to everyone. Food is good and they have a variety for everyone. Never had a bad experience there, would highly recommend!

Their burgers are no slouch. 1/2 of beef, very flavorful. Cajun fries are also worth the upgrade. I would recommend.

Great food, excellent atmosphere & amazing bartenders! Mel, Rachel @ Jenn do an awesome job providing service to their customers while keeping the bar stocked and clean. They go above and beyond for their patrons. I’m always recommending Jerzies to friends. Keep up the great work ?
