Honestly, this has to be one of the worst KFC’s I’ve had the displeasure of visiting.

The service workers seemed to be rushing the ordering process, they didn’t help with questions about the menu & seemed to be bothered and/or annoyed at helping us out with missing order items.

There was also a major language barrier which kind of dampened the service. I understand not everyone needs to be fluent in English, but when it impacts quality of the product and ensuring order satisfaction.. no bueno.

I’d say skip it & find a different eatery down the road. Plenty of options

I ordered my food on line to be picked up at 5 pm. I arrived at 5:10 due to traffic but went in the pick up food. The manager grabbed a different bag, hands it to me and says "a lot of nuggets". I didn't order nuggets. He proceeded to try to push the order at me and said there was nothing else. I showed him my phone of what I ordered and he said "someone picked it up, you go!" I went back and forth with him stating nobody in my family picked up my order. He looked at me and said "oh this is my problem?" I have never screamed at an employee, but I did. How rude. He wasn't going to give me my order. I asked for my money back and he wasn't going to do that either. The other workers convinced him to fill my order. I explained to him when I pulled in there was a car that pulled up, a man jumped out, ran inside and came out with food and sped off. The manager wanted to go outside and find the car instead of satisfying me. While filling my order he kept looking at me saying how he was out 56 dollars now. I said I don't care. Give me my order. This man belongs nowhere near a customer service position. I will not be returning to this location and will be sure to spread the word of how unprofessional the staff member was.

They tried to pushed me out of the dining hall at 9pm even though and the website and the frontdoor say they close at 9h30pm. This gave me bad experience. I know they want to go home early but They should have let me finish my food in peace then I just gonna leave in time.
