Kiwi spoon overall is great, their flavors and toppings are one of my favorites. The only thing I have an issue with is one of the young girls who works there, has black hair and is always working when I go there. Every time I go there she seems like she has some kind of issue and is very rude to me and my husband. This last time I went I had asked one of the girls if I can get a sample cup (the young lady with the glasses) was very sweet and she filled it for me. I threw the cup away and the black hair girl told me I had to ask for a sample cup and not just take them- which I didn’t do in the first place and then proceeded to tell me that I can’t throw in that trash can, which was very odd because that’s the trash can in the lobby. It’s a very unwelcoming feeling that brings me and my husband to enjoy the froyo either outside or in our car. This last time I also noticed she was very rude to her coworker- also a young girl with glasses. Ordering her around, correcting her every time she tries to sweep the floor. Not sure if I’ll be returning again due to the customer service experience.

There was this man that was so nice. I spilled water and he cleaned it up and got me a fresh cup. The next time we came, we were sitting on a bench outside of the store and the man came out and opened up a spare chair for us to fit our crew. The frozen yogurt was delicioso and the service was amazing. We will definitely be back for more, especially on $5 Tuesdays, and this is definitely recommended for frozen yogurt! Cooper, age 7

Be careful because no matter what you purchase, you cant get a refund. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and the smoothie was warm and watery. I took one sip and was immediately ready to throw it out. There was an Asian woman and Asian gentleman there working and I tried to get a refund and the lady was rude and kept repeating the fact I couldn’t get refund all while talking over me. Will not be returning to this location again.

This happened months ago, but still relevant. I asked the employee for change for a $10 so I could leave a tip and the employee told me the owner keeps 100% of tips and nothing goes to the employees so the employee didn’t care about the tip. While there is a question of whether this is legal, it’s fact that as a customer the tip is intended for the employee directly and that’s not happening here.
Staff is always friendly, good variety of flavors and toppings, and the tuesday $5 cup is a great deal!

Took my 91 year old grandmother here for $5 Tuesday and had an excellent experience. Not only was it a great deal, the yogurt was tasty and the place was spotlessly clean. It was quite crowded when we arrived but the workers were attentively cleaning off the tables and yogurt machines while we were there. We will definitely be back!!
