We held our luncheon here today for my mom's funeral. Everyone commented on how great the food and service was, and we had 80 people there. John and Joe went above and beyond to help me plan this. They made a difficult time very easy. The staff is so helpful and kind. Thank you for a great day. Pauline Chamberland

We hosted our American Legion Auxiliary fundraiser at the Manor Inn on August 1, 2025. If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff, the organization, the professionalism and of course the staff. John and his family are dedicated beyond words to this place and it shows.

Surprisingly, it was actually a decent meal. Typically, I'd consider this an old people's place... like the kind where it's decent, but your taste buds aren't as keen as they used to be, and the food usually matches that.
The in-laws love this place and frequent flyers.
Portions are definitely a good size.
Most of us started w broccoli cheddar soup. Was thick and had good flavor.
I had the rack of lamb special ( which I knew, typically not the place you order lamb, at least to be cooked correctly. I DID ask for it to be rare, which I'm thankful I did, since it came out medium; which I kind of expected. Had a really good flavor, though, and was still tender, so I didn't mind. Broccoli rabe was a little on salty side but quite yummy and very garlicky. Mashed potatoes were actually very good as well.
Hubby got chicken provance special, which was tasty as well. Pasta ( angel hair) was a wee over cooked, but the sauce was tasty.
Daughter fettuccine Alfredo was very good but slightly over salted. Other meals consisted of ravioli ( they weren't fans) of meat filling, which also tasted similar to the meatballs( bland and no body) that came w spaghetti..
Definitely decent place. No high bars set and not bad either, just average for decent food, portions, and prices.
Good for a crowd. Everyone seemed happy and pleased w thier meals.
Oh, also the rolls were good as well.
Also wish I remembered our servers name, she was super friendly. Young lady , very pleasant, was funny and played into our humor. She was efficient and on top of drinks and food service. Was definitely nice to have such a pleasant server.

Food and service were great!
Took my husband and his parents for Mother's Day. The atmosphere was lovely, very pretty decorations. The food was outstanding. My mother in law loves lobster and she had the stuffed lobster tails which she said were delicious. My husband and father in law had steaks, which they said were great. I had the chicken Parm which was phenomenal. Our server was awesome, very friendly and professional. I've lived in Southington my whole life and have been here numerous times, they just seem to be getting better as time goes on! Thank you for making my beloved mother in law's Mother's Day so nice!

This restaurant is very outdated. My husband and I had our anniversary dinner here tonight. The stuffed mushroom appetizer was very bland..there were 6 mushrooms but they were only stuffed with Ritz cracker crumbs. My husband had the prime rib dinner 16 Oz. served with green salad or soup, house vegetables, and your choice of potato. I had the Salmon with maple apricot glaze, salad , house vegetables and baked potato with butter. The meals were good but there wereseveral dead pieces of lettuce and a half spoiled cherry tomato in the salad and the house vege's were served lukewarm. But all in allowed, the meals were good. We had a great waitress though!
