I love this place the food and very cozy. I don't know why but when I eat these bourgeoises for lunch I feel very satisfied for longer, it means that the meat is of good quality, it has enough protein I like it and the chips are delicious I like Mac donuts food.😀

I ordered a Steak egg and cheese a week ago. When I took my third bite i bit into a bone. It was disgusting, but i worked for mcdonalds years ago so I went through the proper method of filing a complaint. I emailed corporate and explained what happened and they responded promptly saying they were reaching out to the store and I'd hear from them.
Ive emailed them back twice since to check up on things and have been told every time that I would be hearing from the store. I have not heard anything and I suspect I never will.

The manager’s attitude is very poor. Will start with that. She’s a female that wears a purple shirt usually in the mornings. “I visit the McDonald’s on Queen Street almost every morning, but I’ve noticed a recurring issue that’s become very frustrating. It seems like every Thursday, their system is down, and they refuse to honor the mobile app coupons (such as the ‘buy one sandwich, get one free’ deal). This has happened multiple times, and it feels like the staff always has an attitude, making it seem like the issue is the customer’s fault.
As a regular customer, it’s really disappointing to deal with both technical issues and unfriendly service. If there’s a coupon available, customers should be able to use it without a hassle. I hope McDonald’s takes steps to fix these problems, both with their systems and their customer service, because this location has been very inconsistent.”

The lady at the drive through window handling the money today was absolutely disrespectful. I would NEVER come here again. She should not be allowed to talk to us the way she did after making us wait about 4minutes while she continued to take orders and then told us we couldn’t add a Big Mac because the line she created was too long. Her attitude was disappointing and concerning.
