How does one order through the drive through and get 1, one single napkin and no ketchup they need to step their customer service up! Food was fresh it was noon
Rude worker who is slightly on the middle elderly age, told us to not swear because there is kids at the restaurant. Yes understandable we apologized because we didn’t know (it was me and a few other friends). Then proceeded to loudly complain to her coworkers and loudly say it to other people behind the line about us swearing. Like lady we get it we didn’t know we apologized but you doing that is wayyyyyyy too much for someone your age by the way. I’m going to file a complain report because that lady was going too much. Call me petty but we genuinely apologized for our actions because we didn’t know there was a kid around the corner. But the lady then proceeded to treat us with rude attitude after we ordered our food.

Service is garbage. Lady (I think the manager) wanted call to cops on me because I wanted to refill a cup of soda that I got in the drive thought like 40 min ago. She was yelling at me and she was very rude and unprofessional. She was threatening to call the police and under the threat of her calling the police I had to pay for the drink one more time. I also smelled alcohol coming from her breath somebody from McDonald’s Corp should check on this lady.

Consistency closed in the app after midnight even though signage and the app list them as 24-hours. They either need to pay more so they have staff or fix their equipment.
For the THIRD TIME. My boyfriend ordered spicy snack wraps and instead got ranch. He cannot have ranch. And they refused to do anything about it. They have lost us as customers. Actually ridiculous.
The gentleman taking our order was very polite and had a great attitude...I had to ask his name, Daniel. Employees like him make me keep going back. Awesome young man!

Customer service was not pleasant, there were 3 of us . And the first two girls order their food together , when it was my turn to take my order she taken another customer that just came in side . Not good experience!!!!

LOVED this McDonalds for most of my life. Last two times I’ve been there they messed my order up. No big deal I’m a chill dude. However, being told I’m “wrong”, “you don’t just want this” and “you’ll have to wait then” put me over the edge. Mistakes happen. But twice in one week with very poor customer service response has me back to Wendy’s, BK, KFC and pretty much every other spot on Queen street.

My husband lost his wallet in the parking lot of this McDonalds A customer outside must have handed it to an employee inside this McDonalds When my husband went went to check this particular McDonalds to see if his wallet had been found, an employee said yes and handed my husband his wallet. Now mind you everything was still in the wallet, and so was his 150$. Thanking everyone here for letting us believe that nice, truthful people still do exist! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I know McDonald’s is a fast-food place and expectations shouldn’t be sky-high, but what I dealt with during my visit was ridiculous. I ordered through the app, got my confirmation code, and even gave the code through the drive-thru speaker. I was told everything was good and to pull forward. Then suddenly, a worker wearing a pink McDonald’s shirt (the night manager or night shift lead—whatever her title is) comes to the window just to tell me my order was canceled.
I have never heard of an app order being canceled for no reason, and the whole situation felt like they were just too lazy to make it. Instead of fixing the issue, she told me to cancel the order myself on the app and then told me I had to reorder it again—and wouldn’t even let me order at the counter.
It was a complete waste of time. Now I have to wait a couple of business days to get my money back for an order they canceled. Terrible experience and even worse customer service. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon

Never go here at 2am. Takes forever to get served
Ordered through drive through, and someone made an honest mistake and entered the wrong food item. When we went back with the wrong food to correct the order the manager was rude, rolling her eyes, and blaming us that we ordered wrong. They did correct the order, but then tossed the bag at us and scoffed. All while snickering and laughing with each other.
Terrible rude experience, where we were nothing but pleasant about an honest mistake.
Will never be back!
