My husband lost his wallet in the parking lot of this McDonalds A customer outside must have handed it to an employee inside this McDonalds When my husband went went to check this particular McDonalds to see if his wallet had been found, an employee said yes and handed my husband his wallet. Now mind you everything was still in the wallet, and so was his 150$. Thanking everyone here for letting us believe that nice, truthful people still do exist! đŸ™đŸŒđŸ™đŸŒ

Lost in The sauce

I know McDonald’s is a fast-food place and expectations shouldn’t be sky-high, but what I dealt with during my visit was ridiculous. I ordered through the app, got my confirmation code, and even gave the code through the drive-thru speaker. I was told everything was good and to pull forward. Then suddenly, a worker wearing a pink McDonald’s shirt (the night manager or night shift lead—whatever her title is) comes to the window just to tell me my order was canceled.
I have never heard of an app order being canceled for no reason, and the whole situation felt like they were just too lazy to make it. Instead of fixing the issue, she told me to cancel the order myself on the app and then told me I had to reorder it again—and wouldn’t even let me order at the counter.
It was a complete waste of time. Now I have to wait a couple of business days to get my money back for an order they canceled. Terrible experience and even worse customer service. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon

Ordered through drive through, and someone made an honest mistake and entered the wrong food item. When we went back with the wrong food to correct the order the manager was rude, rolling her eyes, and blaming us that we ordered wrong. They did correct the order, but then tossed the bag at us and scoffed. All while snickering and laughing with each other.
Terrible rude experience, where we were nothing but pleasant about an honest mistake.
Will never be back!

I have been going to this McDonald's since I was a very young boy. We didn't eat inside because there was no dining room then. As a teen in the 70's and early 80's the food, service and cleanliness was good. Now this place is terrible. Dried out chicken sandwich and cold fries would never happen back when I was young. I miss the trolley they used to have too.

Went there for drive thru, the white tall presenter guy at 2nd window was rude when we told him he made the drink incorrectly, he started to get an attitude when I told him wanted no ice in drink and second mid size cup with ice. He thought we wanted to upsize to large when we wanted our mid size drink. He closed the window on us after giving us the order while we were still talking to him to asked to confirm what his attitude problem was and he waved back like he couldn't hear what we said after closing the window. Went inside to complain to the manager, won't be going back here again

Most confused McDs ever. I ordered an iced coffee - easy, right? - but after 10 minutes of waiting, and with one other customer in front of me, they gave me an iced latte. So I waited for another 7 minutes to get the iced coffee....

The other customer? Somehow their order for 2 cheeseburger meals got lost between the ordering kiosk and the staff, so when they finally asked about it, they were met with confused faces and the manager retaking the order.

Not so fast fast food, is it? But the interior looks great, recently renovated and pretty clean, extremely spacious. You could do worse for a pitstop, so it's fine.
