I had to park and wait for my food and they forgot my drink so I had to go through the drive through again and then I realized they forgot my nuggets when I got home :/ they are always forgetting something which I can understand when it’s crazy busy but there were 3 cars total during the 10 minutes I spent here
One of the best McDonald's around in Connecticut. I doordash and there isn't any nearly as clean or nice with the service as this. Even when I want McDonald's I drive out of my way to this one. Also recently they had a menu item out and I bought it through the app. They made it up to me and were able to give me a mocha Carmel frappe. I highly recommend this one even if it is a 20 minute extra drive it's worth it

Quick in and out with hot fries and cold beverage. What more can you say, its Micky Ds!
2nd best McDonald’s in Southington (there is only 2)

Solid McDonalds
The manager with the grey beard is how you treat a client. Even while making a mistake on the self service he took the time to make the changes needed. This is my first McDonalds review and I’m happy I took the time out to commend their professionalism. Plus the have the Freshest Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel I’ve had in years!

I literally just left there getting two bacon, egg and cheese on biscuits. When I got home and I started eating the biscuits were hard as a rock as if they microwaved them. I was impressed. The service was like really quick but I think that's because they microwaved them. Not happy at all.
