The manager with the grey beard is how you treat a client. Even while making a mistake on the self service he took the time to make the changes needed. This is my first McDonalds review and I’m happy I took the time out to commend their professionalism. Plus the have the Freshest Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel I’ve had in years!

I literally just left there getting two bacon, egg and cheese on biscuits. When I got home and I started eating the biscuits were hard as a rock as if they microwaved them. I was impressed. The service was like really quick but I think that's because they microwaved them. Not happy at all.

Dined in. Dining room filthy, garbage overflowing, dirty tables. Employee acted annoyed to take order. Staff laughing and talking in back. No thank you, have a nice day. Poor service.

I went through the drive thru to get a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal for my child. I used my rewards so the meal was free. I got to the window and they kept telling me I owed money. They had receipts all over the counter and after repeating what I ordered serval times they finally found my receipt! I get all the way home and open the box of nuggets to find they only gave us 2!!! I was livid. I called the store and the manager apologized and said I could come back and pick up another happy meal ( which I did). The Manager was at the window with another employee when we initially arrived so I can't help but feel that they deliberately gave us 2 nuggets because I was getting frustrated with them.

Really bad food. Definitely sat around. Dry fish, stale bread, cold hard fries, no ice in soda. Was not happy. Can't say I'm in any hurry to go back. And... it was lunch time!

Went there yesterday for a late lunch, total being 30 in change which was a lot but don’t think I will ever try this fast food again. I asked for two burgers and received only one, I could have gone to the counter to say I am shy of an item but didn’t feel like arguing or causing a scene so it is what it is. from all the reviews I’ve read it seems about every McDonalds franchise has gone downhill. It would be no surprise if more end up choosing to close their doors in years time. Could have thought about going next door to a Wendy’s. To conclude every fast food place you go to no matter what it is the service is hit or miss and depends on who is working, communication, the attitude on the workers how they treat the customers and too much more to even list.

This place sucks go to Arby's it's across the street and the staff isn't rude and the foods always right, the customer service is really bad here, items are almost always missing, the food is never properly made (it's a McChicken not a mcmayonaise) don't waste your time or money here
