Trey was nothing short of spectacular. Amazing customer service. Stack made to PERFECTION. This location used to be just ok. Haven't been there in over a year and man have things changed. Trey was friendly kind and made one of the best stacks I have ever had. I will be coming back. This store and Trey should be used as an example and model of what every Moe's should be like. ... perfection.

Wanted to try this place for the first time. Food was very spicy, the guy was in his own little world and asked if we were ready to order which we said yes. The look on his face was serious as if he really didn’t want to work. If you hate your job then find something else. I won’t be back not for 32 in change and way too expensive.

The tofu is so gross. We used to love Moe's tofu. But whatever this new cubed burnt technique is, is not edible. We ordered one burrito with only tofu because it used to be edible... And threw it away...$20. for nothing

If you’re looking for a hot meal, look elsewhere! If you’re looking for a Moes that has all of its ingredients, look elsewhere! If you’re looking for quick and kind service, look elsewhere! Moes in Southington closes at 10pm. I get there at 6:15pm for my burrito and not only wait forever when there’s only one person ahead of me because staff is too busy on their phones and gossiping, but they also tell me they are out of several of the ingredients (including protein) and aren’t making more. Instead of “welcome to Moes” - more like “never again Moes”.

Not sure where they get the steak in the Stacker, but I have seen better cuts of meat in a can of Alpo.
I’m officially done going here. I ordered online to pick up and got a bowl with double meat. Not even one serving of meat, they forgot the cheese, and legitimately 10 pieces of shredded lettuce. Such a disappointment. Every time I go back there’s something else that’s wrong and I am never going back. The employees and the owners should be ashamed. You are all horrible at your jobs. Be better

I was craving a Homewrecker and called the store to make sure they had black beans in stock. Matthew answered the phone and was extremely pleasant assuring me some black beans when I arrived to order. Everyone was so kind and food was just as expected with generous portions. Will come again!

Awful experience, store was extremely dirty and food was underwhelming and gross. I've had moes plenty of times and this tops it as the worst I've ever had. Went at 11:45 before lunch rush. Food looked like it had been sitting out all day , just didn't look fresh or filled up like you would expect a lunch prep to look. Chips were absolutely disgusting i couldn't eat more than one of them. They were greasy and undercooked and the oil tasted rancid. Despite the friendliness of the employee serving us his appearance matched that of the store. I couldn't get a peak in the kitchen but if the customer facing side is that dirty and un organized I can't imagine what it looks like on the other side of the door or inside the walk in. I regret even purchasing this food let alone consuming it. Do not eat here.
