Very slow. Ended up leaving before getting food. Second time waiting over 10 minutes.Went a week later. This time,out of several things. Finally made orders,to be told they don't accept 100 bills. Told me to go get change and come back. I love moes. Never going back to the location.

This place is really going downhill. Constantly understaffed, slow service. Took me 25 minutes in line to even talk to an employee to get my order taken. They need to hire more people. If you’re looking for a job, I’m sure they’re desperately

If i can give zero stars i would. My husband bought me a 50$ gc for Christmas. The following week we go to get a buy one get one burrito. Order should not have been more then 20$, the cashier proceeds to run my gift card for the full 50$ plus run my credit card for an additional 18$. Pretty sure they kept my money and thought i wouldnt notice. I called the store manager erin who told me i would receive partial gift card money back but its been over a week and a half and havent heard anything. If you go to this location just be cautious of the cashiers pocketing your money.

This place has really gone downhill. Been going to this location for years. Their to-go order process is absolutely atrocious. You place an order at 5, by 6 they just started making the order. AFTER I walked in and asked someone. What is the point? It took an hour. I hate saying this but the staff is just not it. Won’t be coming here.

Extremely unprofessional and slow service, they put a mobile order between me and the person I came with which made no sense (we were paying together). I ordered double meat and they only used a single scoop, and another time I went they used half a scoop for regular meat. Overall a very poor experience in both service and quality and shows how downhill this location has gone, especially compared to other moes throughout the state.

I waited 10 minutes to even get greeted. Once I was finally asked what I wanted the lady helping said she needed to go grab the rice from the back and completely disappeared for 10 minutes, once she came back she then told me she was out of chipotle ranch but the lady helping the person behind me grabbed some for her. On top of this they left a stacker on the stove top for 25 minutes until it turned black, instead of re making it, they put it in the to go bag for an online order. This is by far the worst experience at any food chain I have ever had, this location either needs to shut down or every staff member needs to be replaced with competent people's

They randomly welcome people. Said nothing when we walked in but did to others. The food made me sick. Didn’t seem very hot and they ran out of limes or said they did seem like he didn’t want to go cut them. One worker was adding the chips and also shoved one in her mouth and eating at the same time with chomping half sticking out of her mouth while handling food, doesn’t seem like that’s something a restaurant should be doing.

Moe's in Southington has gone downhill so bad. Sunday night and only 2 people were working at 5:30PM. Online orders mess up the walk in orders. You should have someone dedicated to that. The customer service has gone downhill too, everyone is miserable there. They are always out of something too. Taco Bell is across the street and Chipotle is down the street, people have other options.

Ordered through Grubhub a burrito bowl and no free chips and received a regular burrito and chips. I’m unable to bite into a burrito and it’s not what I ordered. Try reading next time. Messed up my whole lunch hour.Called the restaurant after I reordered waiting for a sorry but never received it.
