Nataz Restaurant (Southington)

Karem was our server he was very good. Had the veal chop outstanding, and the zuppa was delicious and fresh.

The food and services was amazing! They were very attentive from the beginning to the end. My husband and I will definitely be back.

This was our second visit to Nataz in a month. The menu is amazing and the food is wonderful. This time we tried "Adventures in Food" which was a blind order. They just brought out each course without us knowing what we would get. First course was potato croquets with bacon, fried to perfection, and flavorful. Salad was dried fruit and nut over a bed of lettuce with homemade potato chip strips on top. The main courses were short rib/mushroom over parpadelle pasta and seaford risotto covered with shrimp, scallops, mussels, and clams. Everything was delicious. Was a little nervouse about what we'd get, but it was fantastic and we will definitely do it again. Service was top notch as well.

The service was fantastic. Food was too! The cocktails were delicious as well. The menu was good and you could tell it was all made from scratch.

What more can you say when the chef goes 3 for 3 perfectly cooked steaks (not all same temp either). Great flavors and service. Only caveat is that the wine selection is very limited...

Amazing dining experience! From service to food everything was delicious and perfect. We chose the Adventures in Dining option which allowed the chef to choose and create a four course meal for you. Every course was flavorful and perfectly prepared and offered a great variety of options. The meals are served family style so everyone gets to try everything. We have dined at Nataz many times and have never been disappointed.

We were disappointed. In the past the food has been very good. This time not so much. We ordered the filets medium rare. We go them medium well! While the service was good, too many people were working our table. No one knew what we needed. Food was brought out too soon. Salad was brought out too soon. Wine order came out after salad, no steak knives were brought out. The service seemed confused.

Nataz in Southington is a true gem! We had my company’s holiday party here mid-week during the day before they opened for regular dinner service and it was AMAZING! The setup was great for our group and the restaurant was decorated beautifully. We had two dedicated waitresses, Sara and Heather, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a drink upon sitting down and that everyone got their food in a timely manner. Both Sara and Heather were very polite and accommodating, even weaving in and out of our employees and Santa participating in a gift exchange. Special thank you to Chuck for setting everything up for us! The food was exceptional! From the grazing boards to the salads to the entrees and dessert, everything was flavorful and cooked/presented perfectly. If you are looking for a great local place with really good food, check out Nataz for your next event or dinner out with family/friends. You definitely will not be disappointed!

WOW!!! What an amazing meal in a very inviting setting. We absolutely loved everything.

We enjoyed the Signature Salad (one of the best salads I’ve had with raisins, candied walnuts, Gorgonzola, and poached pears), the Braising Pot (one of the night’s specials consisting of braised short rib and porchetta over Yukon gold mashed potatoes with a delicious French onion and peppercorn sauce), a slice of decadent chocolate torte and their coconut custard. The meal began with a delicious grazing board of cheeses, olives, grapes, bread and amazing honey butter.

Their for course prix fixe menu is a good value for sure.

This was our first time here and truly don’t know where to start on how great our experience was! First we were greeted by great staff and the service they gave us throughout the night remained amazing! Our waiter was tentative and helpful. We don’t eat pork so he made sure our food remained pork free!! The cheese and butter spread was so good with the fresh bread! Followed by our salads! We did order the calamari and it was honestly the best calamari I’ve ever had! The waiter gave us a complimentary meatball and wow that was delicious with a side of their ricotta! Our entrees were steak and a chicken dish. We had the delmonico and the sexagon delicious! After our meal I was full but my husband ordered a cappuccino and the tiramisu which was so good! The owner came by and had a lovely conversation with us! 10 out of 10 we cannot wait to go back!!! I highly recommend to go with friends or even a nice date night! I added photos the presentation was excellent on top of the taste being phenomenal!

Nataz is the best restaurant I’ve ever been in the owner Rick is one of the nicest people you could ever meet makes you feel so welcome the servers are faultless the chefs wow there amazing the quality of there food just baffles me can’t get enough of it definitely recommend this restaurant for me it’s the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten in and I’ve eaten all over the world give it a go you won’t be disappointed!

the personal service was great, the meals (salad, main dish and lemoncello cake, salmon swordfish) were superb.

The restaurant exudes a cozy and inviting ambiance, where guests are treated with the utmost care and attention from the moment they step through the door. The staff, led by a friendly and attentive host, go above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. The food is served promptly and prepared with precision, with waiters taking the time to inquire about our preferences. Our table was elegantly set, creating a charming atmosphere. Every dish that my family and I ordered was a culinary delight, exceeding our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this enchanting establishment.

We had a fantastic evening at Nataz last night. We were part of party for 25 people for a special birthday celebration. The service was exceptional, the staff fantastic, the food was terrific (every person at the event commented on the exceptional quality of their meal.) and the overall evening was a real success.
