Today I stopped by for lunch and the attendant that took my order me was jimmy. After I payed I decided cvI may wanna sit and eat, I asked Jimmy if I can be seated ? He then said I can only sit and eat if im going to tip. That was super rude, unprofessional & Very distasteful. Is this how you treat your customers? No good

Walked into this establishment at 11:30 AM. They open at 11 AM. A woman came from the back looked at us didn’t even greet us. We waited over five minutes and nobody ever came back out. Terrible service. We just left.

We were nervous because of the reviews about service but we loved it! The food was delicious and our server was so nice. She was really busy but had a smile on her face through it all. One thing I will say is the host, didn’t smile at all and even walked guests to a table talking on her cell phone. Didn’t help the server run food all while she was drowning either. Would absolutely come back regardless!

Very annoyed at the fact that twice the waitress added an 18% tip automatically and did not ask us. The first time I said wrote no tip in on the receipt when she came over and grabbed it she stopped me before we left saying no tip, your food was good right why no tip, I responded with you already took the tip out automatically and showed her the receipt and she responded with oh. Last night on 7/27/2025 again the same waitress added a 18% tip automatically. Did not ask or anything. That's extremely rude and completely wrong to add it automatically. I have no problem leaving a tip when going out to eat but you are not going to add one yourself. The owner needs to rectify this and fix this because that shouldn't be happening and or tolerated. Love this places food but strongly considering not eating here anymore due to that.

Came here to say to celebrate a special occasion with family and the servers were rushing us to order and kept giving dirty looks the entire time (we weren’t even asking for anything literally just eating ) . Don’t come here with children , they are not a friendly environment. They add tip to the table automatically so they bother with no table manners and it shows .

i’m writing this review because the new manger after telling my mom to shut up and she’s wrong and that she never made a reservation came back up to my table telling every single customer to write a good review about him on the website. I have absolutely nothing good to say we were sat 50 minutes after our reservation because the new manger sat walk ins first. he ended up giving us 50 percent off of our food after telling my elder mom to shut up. never going back her again we felt so unwelcome and especially uncomfortable when we saw him screaming in one of the workers faces until she cried. disgusting. there was also fruit flys in my soup.

The food that i got was amazing my family loved this place, as soon as they switched management everything went downhill. We use to be very close with the previous owner jon, he welcomed us in with warm arms and was very friendly and good with the staff. But ever since that new manger took over my drink orders are always wrong he’s telling customers to shut up and screaming in there face. I was appalled especially when i came to pick up an order for my wife and he’s screaming in one of the hostesses face right in clear sight of everyone making her cry for helping another costumer in need. we will not be going back messed up reservations and food and drinks is one thing but bullying is another and we’re not for it.

We decided to take my wife for her birthday on the 5th June recently, choose Nobel Japanese Steak house.It was a big disappointing to us and my wife on her birthday.First of all the greeting walking in was cold and not generous.We decided to follow hsot to seat way back of restaurant.
We ordered as per photo.We got a soup that was basically watertight a slice mushroom in it.A salad that was missing salad. Then came the main dish.We had 3 spoonfuls and the sodium contents in the meats.sauces.rice and noodles was really high.We could not consume the dish.we ask for it to take away.Now came to bill.3 dishes at 35dlrs.But the tip of 18% and already there was utterly ridiculous. The atmosphere was dull and dismal.The waitress was fast and did her job.While a man looked over her actions.We just wanted to leave there asap.We took the foods home apologized to my wife over and over. The food was thrown into garbage all $105.00 of it.We lost a lot of money that day.So to the owner.you need more coutesy.warmth.customer oriented training and well.Your food was sodium poisoned.We had HBP when got home and to lower our BP with just 3 spoonfuls?!
One place we will not visit again.Am sure you can do better.Please lessen your sodium.I disappointed my wife birthday that day.
