We sat at a hibachi table at 6pm which we made a reservation for. We were seated with two other couples and a few children. It took 27 minutes to have our drinks delivered. We had to ask multiple times if we were getting our drinks. Most of us ordered beer and wine, it’s not like they were making cocktails. The server messed up one of the couples tabs. She was no where to be found when people needed refills or had a question. The food was bland—the chef forgot to cook things with sauce and garlic like typical… I would definitely not recommend. You are also automatically charged tip.

Very disappointed to find out at the end that there was an automatic $20+ "Service Charge" added to my $120 bill. Nothing anywhere said anything about it. Called to set up a reservation and nothing was said then... oh and please keep in mind we only had FOUR people, two adults and two children! Absolutely disgusted... if this is the "New Management", I'm far from interested!!

I’ve came to this place over many years with my family and it’s always been amazing and the atmosphere comfortable, the cooks and servers are still amazing but the new owner is very rude and makes it uncomfortable to ever wanna eat here again.

So I went there for Valentines dinner. We didn’t want to sit at a hibachi table because we didn’t want to be with large groups. First we got Gyoza It was not warm. It was not hot. It was on the cool side, barely cooked. The salad had so much water in the bottom. I ordered the filet mignon and shrimp hibachi. Normally doesn’t have your food drowned in teriyaki sauce. It was absolutely disgusting. Nowhere, does it say that it’s drowned in teriyaki sauce I didn’t eat any of my dinner. The steak was barely cooked and it was cool to the touch. All the food was cool to the touch and who serves rice and noodles. I will waitress initially forgot our initial drinks and had to put them back in again and we didn’t go there when it was crowded during our whole meal not once. Did she come over and ask how it was another waitress and noticed I was not eating anything and asked if there was anything wrong at this point I didn’t want to send anything back , I just said I didn’t care for it and if I can just have a box .Extremely disappointing for the bill to be $130 Was insane would never go back again
