Ordered Outback delivery for my 79 year old mother's bday...The steak was completely fat and gristle - seriously was not edible. I called the restaurant to let them know. The manager said he would send her a $20 gift card. Its been 2 months. He never sent it. Not cool.

I went there on Father's Day ordered a salmon blackened with mac and cheese and potatoes it was amazing the salmon was fresh perfect the mashed potatoes was exquisite the mac and cheese tasted authentic it was great. Customer service perfect.
The steak and baked potatoes here are the best on the planet. How do they get the steak so tender and juicy? This is comfort food to the max. But, is this supposed to be Australian? American Australian, maybe.

I went on Father's Day I was going to stay but I took my meal to go because it was very crowded I didn't want to sit at the bar because I do not drink alcohol so I decided to take my plate and go home add salmon black and mashed potatoes mac and cheese in a drink it was great next time I go there I'm going to sit down and enjoy the meal good job to outback steakhouse. I gave the atmosphere 3 because it was crowded that's the only reason.

We are so disappointed with our take out order. We ordered 4 meals. When my husband picked it up he asked them to double check that everything was there. They assured him it was all there. He gave them a 20 per cent tip. When he got home it was missing the bowl of potato soup which we really wanted. When we called we were told they have several ways to check the order and asked us to look again but we did not have it. We are in our 70s but got in the car and drove back to the restaurant. They brought our soup out but we thought they would at least throw in a dessert or $10 gift card for our inconvenience and the gas. But the soup was all we got. It was a very disappointing experience for us and our guests! Probably not going outback again!

I ordered 4 qty of Coconut shrimp at 14.99 each. The whole thing came to about $64.37 with tax. Only to be told by your servers that I could have ordered the platter for about half the price with 8 more shrimps. I’m furious and angry why you did this to me in the first place. I need a refund.
