I used to go to Panera all the time, now I just went for the first time since December and I ordered the half and half combo. The ceaser salad I got was about 10 pieces of lettuce and some croutons. And my sandwich looked like less like a 1/2 and more like a 1/4. Overall Panera is too expensive and not good quality.
I usually try to place my order online go pick up quick because my mom has Dementia and it’s difficult to wait. Yet we still wait long and are orders are always missing something or wrong.

I am genuinely surprised that a chain restaurant could produce such terrible food and service.
My sandwich tasted stale and i saw mold. When i tried to speak to the manager (who I knew was there because I overheard two employees mention it) she was no longer in the back & unavailable.
Youre better off supporting a local business! Or even another panera. Terrible food, service, and management

Terrible customer service. I placed an online order through a delivery company. Part of our order was missing. I call and was put on hold. The call dropped and I had to call back. This happened twice. I was told by an employee ( not the manager. I could hear her in the background) that they could refund me or it would be an additional 45 minutes to have it delivered. I said that neither of those options would work since it was part of my son's dinner. I told her that even though I paid extra money to have the food delivered through the 2nd party delivery company that I would come pick it up because I needed it. She told me to go through the drive-through. When I got there the poor girl working the drive through had no idea what I was talking about. They never told her the situation and that I was coming to pick it up. I waited a little awhile and then she just handed me the bag and that was it. The manager never tried to get on the phone the 3 times I was on the phone or come to the window and apologize and try to rectify it. Im sorry but making me drive out and pick up the food that I purposely paid extra money to have it delivered is not you making it right. We definitely won't be eating there again.

Service was absolutely terrible. We went into the drive thru and it took them 30 minutes just for us to be one car away from the stand. I had enough and decided to go inside and get the food on my own. I looked into the kitchen and everyone was standing around doing barely anything. Pls fix your drive thru so that way I don’t have to wait 30 minutes for only solid food.

Only reason I am going them a 2 star and not a 1 star is because they refunded part of my mothers money back. First let’s start with my mother placed an order using the app for a pick up for 4:10. She got an email saying order was ready for 4:11 we walked in as the email was reached out. We didn’t see our order anywhere so we spoke with the guy behind the counter and he said we did a drive-through and we sure didn’t. It took about another 10 mins do get our order; when they handed the order to us to proceeded to try to walk away without giving us our drinks on top of that my specialized grilled cheese was not even done correctly. Pictures will show what I got vs what was ordered. They offered for them to remake it but at this rate I am too hungry to wait. I have to say also if it was just our order that was messed up I wouldn’t have been so keen to write this review but we heard multiple people asking for a refund and also them looking to talk to someone about something in their order that they couldn’t do. I will make sure to not order from this particular location again.

My whole group of 8 people everyone’s meal was messed plus another 10 people and we’re out of bread bowls no tomato soup girl cheese was a hockey puck and Mac and cheese was ice don’t come here worst of experience and for the pice it was outrages and found noodles in the Broccoli soup

This place is way too expensive and every time I go there and get a steak and cheese they never give me a steak and cheese they give me turkey or they give me ham it's nothing that I ever asked for I will not waste my money on this place again
