I tend to stop by this Panera often because I work down the road. I always like to use the app to order and pick up through the drive thru to make things a bit easier and quicker. Today I went to pick up my order and was told pull forward to spot two, where someone was already parked so I pull to spot one. I sat there for about 15 min and watched as multiple cars drove through the drive thru behind me getting their orders. My app said my order was ready at 6:07, it was 6:19 at the time. I called the store and told them I was still sitting there waiting for my order. They asked my name and maybe a minute or two someone brought me out AN order… I didn’t notice until I was three minutes down the road and just about to get on the highway that, this wasn’t my order. I turned around and went back and got the correct order.But this is not the first time I’ve been told to pull forward to wait for my online order and they’ve forgotten about me. It’s happened at least three times. I’ve worked in food service so I understand mistakes but this is getting ridiculous.

Quick in and out, picked up me and my wife's food still hot. No complaints. Chili was delicious and not dry like turkey chili can be. Very good.

I ordered in drive thru and lady said I should wait in parking 1. I’ve been waiting for an hour. And I had to reverse my car coz it’s taking awhile. It’s horrible. And she said ok, like nothing happened.

You now have to wait for a cup after you have ordered thru the kiosk instead of taking yourself. Causes a wait, which I don't have when going on my way to work. Also, the charge drinks are behind the counter.

Rude owners, the owners are there sometimes “helping out” but they do not speak to customers. Cannot even acknowledge a person in front of their face asking something, they have to whisper to their employee to attend the customer. Its funny and pathetic at the same time.

Update: went there for lunch yesterday and they had baguettes. Everything was normal Panera. Maybe order ahead to avoid a surprise.Original: Weird Panera, they never have baguettes so you can never get their best sandwiches. I've been there several times at different times of the day. I've never been to another Panera that was out so this is very strange.

Walked in the door at 20:15, was met by a very rude older, heavy set gentleman with glasses who exclaimed WE CLOSE IN 15 MINUTES! No "hello", no "by the way, we close in 15 minutes". I don't appreciate being barked at by your staff when my order would have been to-go. My last visit to this location. Also, would be helpful for patrons if your hours were listed at the front entrance.

I ordered the Mac & Cheese bowl. It came out cold and I returned it immediately. Was told there’s a microwave behind me that I could use. The problem is the food literally just came out, and I’m supposed to heat it? The lady hastily made a new Mac & Cheese bowl and it was still cold. Warmer than the 1st bowl but at least she didn’t ask me to microwave it after immediately delivering the item.

They are slow and what it says they have online and in the app is incorrect. Constantly have to wake 10 min or longer despite placing the order online ahead of time. Either says they have it and they don't or vice versa.
