This is one of my very favorite dine-in destinations...gluten free options galore, always delicious, great space in Southington.But I will/You should: NEVER ORDER TAKE OUT FROM HERE AGAIN!!! They didn't miss a single way in which they could have failed to satisfy. Portions were much smaller than dine in. Some sides we had paid for were completely absent. The burger salad came with a tiny portion of dressing. The cheeseburger was wrapped so tightly in foil that I had to scrape all the cheese off where was welded to the wrapper. And my tots are apparently still in the fry basket in Southington? Then my wife's fish and chips were simply not what you get on a plate at the table. She was so disappointed. 100% of the blame was on the person(s) who packed up our meal. They gave a great and quite pricy meal less than no respect. A totally disappointing surprise.

Went into plan b Wednesday with my wife and Hannah made my wife the BEST margarita. One of the best margarita my wife has had. Went in Saturday night hoping Hannah would be there and it was a newer bartender, margarita was very sour and did not taste right at all. Also, the bartender on Saturday was very rude…attitude was bad. will be back but hope Hannah is bartending. ??

We ordered the buffalo shrimp and burgers. The shrimp were ok but very pricey for what you get. Burgers didn't taste very fresh and had a weird smell. We paid almost $17 each burger and didn't finish at all. We were 1 of maybe 3 tables and service was horrendous. She didn't check on us at all and the food took over an hour. We spent almost 2 hours in total for lunch. Yeah we should have just left but we didn't. What a waste of money. We will never be back. Atmosphere was the only positive thing.

I’m surprised by how many negative reviews this place has. We wanted to try something new but didn’t want to travel far. We came in for a sit down lunch with our 2 kids, on a fairly busy Saturday. The staff is very polite and the restaurant is very clean. I was very pleased with the menu and found the prices to be fair and competitive. My husband and oldest son got a burger both of which were a very good sized burger and cooked correctly. My youngest got the kids chicken tenders with fries and I got a meatball pizza. My pizza was the last thing to come out but I didn’t mind at all. It was delicious and my boys gobbled up all of their food and I have pizza to take home. We’ll come back. Next time I hope to try their fig pizza. If I could make one constructive “critique,” it would be that it appeared as though they had one waitress for a restaurant that got busy pretty quick. Seems like they may need to reconsider that. Also, as someone who cannot drink alcohol I’d love for more non-alcoholic options, but otherwise I recommend it!

I cannot express how disappointed I am in this place as of late. I recently went gluten free, and I was so excited when I found the salmon bowl! It was a nice big box with a delicious blend of Quinoa and salmon and Avocado, it was great! The last time I ordered from there, I realized they changed it to "the grain bowl" where you had to add the salmon. Okay, so I still tried it. It was awful, a tiny container with added vegetables that I don't eat, and the $8 salmon was tiny! I figured maybe it was a one time deal and they would improve, but I was WRONG! Tonight, not only was the Avocado brown, the "grain" was cold and clumped together. Completely dry. And the salmon was even smaller than it was last time! HOW CAN YOU CHARGE $25 FOR THIS??? I was so excited, but there's no way I could go here anymore because this is absolutely disgusting. I wish I could post photos of the CLUMPS of cold grain I'm holding in my hand.

Lousy burgers. Overcooked and bland. Room temp. There was a very good singer otherwise it would have been a complete waste of time and money. Even the tater tots were just ok. $70 after tip. Could have bought ground beef from Aldi and made better burgers and saved $62.

You'd think a restaurant with burger in their name would have to put out a good hamburger....Not!!! Dry as a bone and we asked for medium, fries we asked for crispy and they were old and nasty, the burger was suppose to have blue cheese and it was sparse if at all. Came with no lettuce no tomato no pickles just a few caramelized onions. Maybe they need some supervision in the kitchen. Time to call John Taffer!! Not sure how they stay in business.

There were two people tending the bar and six people sitting at the bar. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks. Not just us but the tables around us also. I knew right then we should have left and I regretted staying. The young wait staff congregated around the wait station and giggled and gossiped which of course meant we rarely saw them at the table. I ordered the fish tacos my husband ordered the meatloaf. My fish tacos were forgettable. His meatloaf with still frozen in the middle! Frozen! It was the most disgusting thing we've ever seen. But of course we weren't able to bring that to the waitress' attention for over 25 minutes because she never came back to the table after serving us . There she was with the other waitresses, giggling and gossiping around the wait station. When we finally did get a chance to tell the negligent waitress the meatloaf was frozen she seemed less than bothered. But the manager came over and apologized and offered to take it off the bill and send us home with a new order of Meatloaf, gratis. I don't know if you're joking or not but I think you've already pretty much demonstrated that you can't be trusted in the preparation of food. And I definitely don't trust it after we've complained about it. So yeah, no thank you. That is literally the first time we have not even bothered to leave it any tip whatsoever. You've been warned.

I did the create your own burger. The beef patty was thick, juicy and delicious. I recommend the special sauce (similar to big mac sauce). Very filling meal. This restaurant has the best fries, little, crispy ?Our waiter was friendly. I definitely recommend this place. ?

I brought my daughter out for her birthday here and we had a good time. There was live music and the atmosphere was fun and exciting. Our food wasn't horrible but seemed like your typical bar food. Drinks were very pricey as well. I dont think I will be returning here but it is worth trying to make your own judgment.

Plan B serves the best burger in Southington..I always sit at the bar and the bartender s are always great. My latest visit was no exception.I had the mushroom burger, my favorite , med rare. It was cooked perfectly and tasted great with cheese and truffle Mayo. With truffle parm tater tots on the side..My GF had her favorite, a burger salad and Green Fries, fried green beans. She loved it.On top their beer and burnon selections is great.We will back..
