Starting to fall off. Recently been getting chicken that is super chewy and lukewarm like it's been sitting out for hours under a heat lamp. Not sure if it's the fault of the location or the quality of chicken has just gone downhill. Had to throw away half a sandwich and some tenders because they were so chewy.

My chicken sandwiches are great everywhere else but here at this location i threw it out. It was terrible never again, disgusting hard burnt thin piece of chicken. Just a waste of money go elsewhere

Waited a bit before anyone acknowledged I was at Drive-thru. Gentleman kept repeating my order incorrectly. When I did finally receive my order it was incorrect. Walked in to explain they forgot something...woman there was rude. Showed her my receipt and she threw the food in a bag and rudely handed it to me. Never again. Will go to Bristol.

The chicken nuggets were slightly raw, not cooked very well. I ordered a 12 Piece chicken nuggets, and I received 9 nuggets. They didn’t have a biscuit either, and the meal overall was terrible.

Was told 2 large waters no ice is $8.00. Lady said you pay by the cup not by what’s in it.

Top notch drive through for those on the move. Has lots of options for those that are not quite ready to cut all fast food but as a guilty pleasure

i came to this POPEYES last night and the service and the food were very good, the chicken legs were very good. i plan on coming back to this location very soon. my wife and i were treated with respect and my wife and were very happy with our visit to this store

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. Only one car was in front of me the guy kept telling me to hold on so after another 10 minutes I left and I ended up parking in the parking lot to try out the polish food spot next door instead and other Popeyes customers were in the parking lot who also said they received terrible service. They said they had a very long wait and their order was messed up 5 times. I recommend going some place else.
Ordered a chicken sandwich, you could tell it was microwaved. The pickle was burning hot and the bun was like a patio slab. The chicken wasn’t bad so incompetence ruined my dinner

I asked for plain chicken wings the female on the other end of the drive thru said ok ghost pepper wings. I asked her to clarify and she responded "because I work here that's why" very unprofessional and when I got to the window there was a man there I asked him also to clarify what the ghost pepper wings where and his respons was "what do you mean?" I asked him a very simple question and was met with confusion.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service was terrible. The place was dirty. They were out of biscuits but did not tell me until my order was ready, though they knew they had no biscuits even before I walked in. If I knew there were no biscuits I would not have ordered anything. They also did not have any sugar free drinks and as a diabetic I had to leave with a empty drink I paid for. The person behind the counter treated me badly and would not listen to my concerns. They began to serve the next customer before I was done speaking and rudely dismissed me. I will be taking my issue further and I will never return.
