We have been a longtime customers (we have been coming here for years!) and I must say I am very disappointed. We come almost every week through out the year and it appears that within last week, the size of ice cream scoops was cut in half?
We went in on Sunday for our usual treat and I thought they were playing tricks on us. The size of one scoop of ice cream is now the size of a golf ball??? I thought it was a joke. The week before our cups were full as usual, but yesterday somehow they were maybe 50% full. So now you expect us to pay about 2.50$ for a scoop of ice cream the size of gold ball, what is approximately quarter of a cup? I am genuinely upset and confused.
We will not be returning to this location. While the ice cream is good, it is not worth the price now that they change the serving size by at least half. I just wish I took a picture, but I was in such a shock that it did not even cross my mind. Very, very disappointed!

i actually work in the area and used to hit up the competitor 2 min down the street (i personally like the man dont want to be too harsh) before i discovered this place on the google. way better flavors, prices and portions.. this includes more toppings

Astonishingly cheap for the quality, this would cost double at all comparable ice cream shops I've been to. The servers were kind and efficient. The actual place isn't very pretty but what it lacks in style it makes up for in substance. The waffle cones especially are delicious and the whipped cream is handmade. Everything about the place screams hidden gem.
My fiancé and I had a nice night getting ice cream at Praline’s! We thought the portion sizes were really generous, and they had a great variety of flavors. We sat on the bench outside and enjoyed our night. I would definitely come back again, and the girls behind the counter were friendly and welcoming!

Parking: Plenty of parking behind building. Altona back entrance to parking lot. Street parking is also available during non busy times.

Ice Cream was very reasonably priced and there were many flavors to choose from. Came in on a busy Saturday with one girl working and she was very kind and quick to serve my family and I. Cute little shop, good way to end a night out with family or friends.

There is a specific female employee with light brown hair that wears a low bun who has a terrible attitude and unpleasant facial gestures every time we come here. You can tell she hates her job or just doesn't like people in general. Not a welcoming or friendly place at all.
