Puerto Vallarta Southington Reviews
Very disappointed. No kids menu, you have to pay for chips and salsa, service is sooo slow and the food is not as good as it used to be. Tasted burned. It used to be our favorite place to eat. Not anymore :(
Super fast service, large portions, delicious food, reasonable prices.
Miguel is the best bartender! Sorry we have to miss Cinco de Mayo tonight! We have more fun & great drinks with Miguel & all the others that work there!

Puerto Vallarta Southington offers a slightly elevated Mexican dining experience with attentive service. The restaurant features a charming Mexican town aesthetic, creating a lively and inviting atmosphere. The Aroz Vallarta dish was filling, with perfectly cooked shrimp, though the chicken and beef were overdone, and the cheese sauce was bland. The menu has become more creative, including larger dishes like burritos, which are highly recommended. The margaritas are served in a visually appealing manner and are very good. The star-shaped dessert and cheese quesadilla are popular choices, and the mini tacos called taquitos lindos receive high praise. The fries are crispy and tasty. Service is often highlighted as excellent, with friendly and attentive staff making the experience enjoyable. Many visitors mention that the food is authentic Mexican and consistently good, making it a favorite spot for Mexican cuisine. While prices are a little high, the quality of food and service make it worthwhile. Some reviews mention that the restaurant looks run down and could use a facelift, and wheelchair accessibility is tight but available. Overall, Puerto Vallarta Southington is a good choice for those seeking a step up from typical Mexican fare, especially for special occasions or family outings.
