Since the restaurant was sold prices went up and food quality went down. The last 2 times I ordered i was overcharged. Previously owners were great and so was the food.

Great taste for the food besides the calzone did not have hardly any ricotta cheese it was mostly mozz cheese and pepperoni and the size was a good size. The sauce is awesome. I'm glad that they gave a good size portion of sauce when they gave us the calzone. The chicken Alfredo was good just not enough flavor and the broccoli is like unseen because it is chopped so tiny I don't know if it is freeze dried or what . It's definitely not fresh broccoli. The chicken Parm was amazing. We asked for extra sauce and light mozz cheese over top and it was made perfect. Just needs a little more flavor. I will definitely come back I will not order soup again it wasn't that good but overall from what we ordered it wasn't too bad. The prices weren't too bad they were perfect for what we got as far as portioning goes. They were very nice over the phone. They even delivered to our hotel room so that was nice.

Even with the change over of ownership a-year ago, they kept the recipes and the food is still delicious.Also, a slight tip....If you're ordering takeout, call it in. Don't use the online ordering as there's an upcharge that is not set by the owners.

Delivered Pizza was undercooked and tasteless. Cheese not even melted. Called to let them know, spoke to manager and he hung up on us because we said we didn’t want another pizza!

Messed up order bad asked for slight discount offered a few dollars off especially after waiting over an hour for the food asked for a better discount was told to do business elsewhere. Extremely rude and was screaming over the phone. I will never do business with them again.

Well, we thought we were going to get good service until they messed up on the order and then continue to argue with us and told us to do business elsewhere after messing up our order and taking an hour and 40
Terrible experience new owners are extremely rude and took over an hour and 15 mins for food. When I asked what was going on and voiced my opinion they told me in a lack of better terms to pound sand. As a long time resident I have been going for years and as of today I will never go again.

New owners! Beware it is not the old Riverbend it once was. Customer service was awful. New owner was the cook & he never even put my pizza in the oven. Then puts a pizza in the oven 10 minutes after my order should have been done and told me only 10 minute wait. 23 minutes later I finally got my cheese pizza with only a sorry. Then to top it off pizza was awful and not like the old owners made it. I will not be returning here ever again.

Nice little restaurant with a varied menu.The food was quite tasty, service was excellent and the portions were large, particularly considering we were there at lunch.Prices were a little more than fast food establishments but the quality and portion size made the additional cost well worth it.Recommended with a hearty ?!!!

This restaurant was always a go to when the original owners had it. Now you pay ridiculous prices for low quality food. The food used to be great quality. Everything was hand made. Now you get pizza hut quality there. The new owners exponentially expanded the menu. You know you are getting cheap frozen food when a menu like thiers has 500 items on it. They are sending out fliers like crazy to get business. The old owners didn't need to do that. They had thier name, and quality food to bring in costumers. I knew when they sold that it was going to turn into a crummy pizza place.
