Ordered the Korean cheeseburger and not too long after I found myself throwing up the entire meal. I’m still throwing up whatever I eat and drink hours later. I’m sure I’ve been infected with some contaminated product of theirs.

Stopped there for a quick bite and have to say I really enjoyed the choices on the menu. Burgers were juicy and unique. The sides were tasty (though not the biggest portion on the sides). The restaurant was clean and lit in a way to give a great atmosphere. Staff were kind and friendly. Would recommend.Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere was clean and well lit. Staff friendly.
It has different vegetarian options. Really great vegetarian burgers.

The place was cleaned, but the customer service was not so good. The wings were not cooked well and didn't have any taste to them. They were BBQ wings and no taste. The fries were not great at all. What I do recommend is the Mac&Cheese Burger. They are the best thing I ate. I feel like they can do better on their customer service skills and better taste in their food.

We had a great experience at the Smashburger in Southington. The place was spotless and well-organized, thanks to the managers Darrell and Loreal, and the worker, Zack, who made sure to keep all the tables nice and clean after people left. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ensured everything was perfect within the restaurant. We even saw Darrell doing an inventory to ensure everything was well stocked, which is an excellent thing for the manager to do during the day! The food was terrific, too. We ordered the double truffle mushroom burger, smash fries, and smash tots, and they were all delicious, especially the fries, which we think are the best fries around! The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the smash fries and tots were crispy and seasoned just right with the savory rosemary and garlic olive oil blend! We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves burgers and out-of-this-world fries in a clean place with friendly service. It's one of the best in town.From Anna and Zachary
Not as good as it used to be. There are smaller servings for the tots and Brussels sprouts and the Swiss truffle burger was remarkably bland. It used to be full of truffle flavor, it now tastes like fried beef. Kind of sad because this place was on par with shake shack, smashburger isn't even close any more.
