Had a great meal here for the whole family, and the owner came by and joked with the kids... husband had burnt ends, brisket, ribs, etc. He loved the smoky flavor of the meat and that not all of the flavor came from the sauce. nice to find a BBQ restaurant with a veggie option, thank you!
Ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving and wow!! Picked up last night cold, followed instructions exactly using apple cider. So good! Customer service is 1000/10. When we picked the the bar, the bartender was so friendly and polite. He was the absolute sweetest, I wish I got his name cause he needs to be recognized for his extraordinary presence.
first time ever trying smokin with chris and I will say that I will absolutely be back! there food is amazing the ribs fall off the bone and the corn bread is perfect and not over cooked. no additional seasoning needed!!!
