First time visit to this great coffee shop located in downtown Southington. There were so many options to choose from on the coffee menu(lattes, espresso, flavored coffee and a food menu). I ordered an iced banana foster latte that was incredibly delicious. This was a custom made flavor, according to the Barista. My friend ordered a cinnamon bun iced coffee, that was also very good. The service was excellent. The ambiance was clean & cozy, with plenty of seating. There’s additional free parking out back.

Ordered and pre-paid for five meals for delivery, received only four with a note that said “Sorry, out of brioche!” No call from the restaurant about a substitute or any automatic refund, one of us just didn’t have breakfast. Called myself to get a refund, the restaurant insisted they could not give me one and told me I’d have to get the owner involved. Ultimately got a refund only after spending 20 minutes making a claim with the delivery company. Terrible delivery experience.

it's a cute place with great coffee and snacks. however, this most recent time I went the staff was coughing and sneezing all over everything. these people clearly should have closed shop for the day or at the very least put on masks. I dumped my drink as soon as I got it.excellent place when no one inside is sick.

Southington Coffee House is a very cozy and adorable coffee house. They have a good food menu and of course coffee options too.The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of seating options too. I enjoyed the spiced chai and the sandwich too.Definitely recommend this spot.

If you enjoy a delicious crepe and cappuccino or iced coffee, this is the place. Trust me! The service from all who work here is both friendly and top-notch!Parking: There's also a large parking lot in the backKid-friendliness: I oftentimes see high school students meeting their friends here and studying.

It's a quaint little place. We had roasted veggie crepe and an egg and cheese brioche sandwich. The portions are small and they're expensive. But it was delicious.

I’ve been wanting to try this place and happened to be able to today. I ordered the Harry Potter themed roast beef crepe and Dragons Breath hibiscus refresher. Both were delicious! Great service and ambiance. We will be back! #supportlocal

I wanted to really love this place but it didnt wow me. The coffee wasnt great and the pastries are hard and very dry. The customer service was ok, I think the ladies were abit overwhelmed with orders and it being such a tight spot and all.

First time going and manager Briana was so kind. She answered all of my questions, offered some times to return when it would be quieter and I could get more work done (although I had no difficulty trying to). Coffee is absolutely delicious (try a white chocolate raspberry latte). Will be back soon!

Stopped here on our way home from Hartford Ct to grab a quick cappuccino. Drinks were hot and fresh good tasting beans. Service was fast and efficient the employees were very friendly. The ambiance was cute small town feeling. All in all great experience.

had to delete my last review from one poor experience because it was made up for tenfold. highly recommend the brioche sandwich, and the donuts!! love the creative drink options as well as a weekly theme with specials! atmosphere is cute and cozy, friendly customer service. & thank you again to the owner who went above and beyond to make sure we came back and had an amazing experience.Vegetarian options: i am vegetarian, i love the brioche sandwich because it is filling with the addition of potatoes and super delicious. lots of donuts and baked goods, vegetarian crepe options as well, grilled cheese, etc! easy breakfast place for vegetarian- can’t speak to vegan options but the workers are very nice and i would imagine they can steer you in the right direction/help customize a vegan option if requested. they do have dairy free options for coffee creamer.

Bree and her new Hire, Chelsea(im sorry if i didn’t get the right name) made my first experience an amazing one. Definitely got a regular customer out of me. Great service and suggestions for a first timer, great drinks, locally sourced bagels are amazing, will definitely be trying the crepes next time!Great atmosphere overall, very cute shop, if you need a good coffee stop by for sure, as someone who not only worked at Starbucks but goes there regularly I will be switching over as this is near my job.Great merch too!
