I love Starbucks , & it’s my go to every morning for my coffee & my Ham Swiss croissant before work but today out of all days my coffee was handed to me like someone drank out of it prior to handing it to me ! Not only that but it has so much ice is insane. So sad , I couldn’t turn back around to have them remake it . I just hope they can make it before next time I stop if I even come back.

Every time I come to this location a worker has an attitude with me, wether it’s just an attitude or shrugging me off, shaking head etc. several times my drink has come out looking horribly made (and for a $6+ coffee/ juice you would think they would put pride into their work) they don’t!

Went on a busy Mother’s Day in the morning. Quiet inside, but drive through line was slammed and every employee was handling it with positivity and ease. I am 8 months pregnant and ordered my food and drink with my husband and Ronnie at the register (I believe her to be a manager or something) was SO kind. Really made me feel special on my technically unofficial first Mother’s Day. My drink also was perfectly made by a shorter girl with short dark hair, and I usually am hard to please with my confusing orders! Overall fantastic experience, really made my chaotic morning less anxious! I used to work at a Starbucks too in NYC and this was definitely one of my best experiences location wise on queen street in southington! Thank you to an amazing team!!

This one is just like most places. They were not busy. It was quick and easy. The staff kept to themselves and worked. Nothing special.
I usually don't have an issue with ordering a drink form any Starbucks but at this location I did. My go to drink is a grande or venti green tea, lite lemonade shaken. It was shaken but way to much lemonade, was already in my car and back on the highway. I should have tasted it before I left. Oh well my fault.

The employee Henan is always terrible. The worst person in the store for customer service. Always ignoring customers in the shop for the drive thru and regularly skips just bagging up orders that are sitting there and does other tasks.
I went to order on my app and when I clicked on the store, every drink was out of stock. This is the first time this has happened at this location so I drove there ordered my drink and they made it for me so I don’t know why they are lying Saying that drinks are out of stock on their app so people can’t order ahead of time I do believe that’s Misleading in the store should be managed better

Shout out to this Starbys location!!!! The Mgr. Ronnie was amazing, super friendly and welcoming. Awesome experience this morning, in and out of the drive thru with ease, good vibes and lots of smiles! Loved it and I'm sure I'll be back even though I live in the next town over 🤷🏾♀️❤️😁

I couldn't believe how dirty the floors, counters, and windows were. Noticed how dirty the windows were before I even walked in. If the customer facing areas are dirty I would imagine the back end is strikingly similar. I was very surprised as I've never been to a Starbucks in such a state of squalor.
