I can’t always leave a tip! They always want to push the card machine in your facing while telling you “it’s gonna ask a question” I said no tip yesterday morning and my frappacino looked and tasted funny and sandwiches was lopsided with cheese sticking to inside of bag. So I can’t trust them to prepare my food, only God knows what is being done to food if you don’t tip. I’m just over it

I never post reviews. But this absolutely is my worst nightmare/experience ever. I literally had a dead spider in my drink & it wound up in my mouth. I spit it out, and took a photo. Not to also mention my drink was wrong. I had to add espresso to it when I got home. I ordered a venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. It had zero espresso in it because the color was the lightest I’ve ever seen.

I don’t understand how I Uber eats the same order 3 days in a row and they have gave me only 1 of the two things I’ve ordered and you can’t even call them cause their number doesn’t work . Like if you don’t have an item you can mark that you don’t have it so I can get refunded my money literally robbing from me. I work at a restaurant and deal with Uber eats and DoorDash and grubhub all the time. I know it gives you an option to say you’re out of something so that person doesn’t get charged . CRAZY

I ordered a Hot Venti Gingerbread Latte in the drive thru this morning. I opened the cup down the street to cool it off. THE CUP WAS ONLY HALF FULL!!! Starbucks has really gone downhill over the last few years. They've definitely become less than stellar to put it lightly.
