You guys need to work on culture. I miss the Starbucks employee's will work there because they loved coffee, they greeted you, they took your order or substitutions without annoyance.(I was given rolled eyes when I asked for a substitution I was ready to pay for.) I just hope that young lady had a better day or finds a better job. Recently my experience with all Starbucks is the same. I feel like I'm going to a Mc Donalds drive Thru. Underpaid and upset employees.

Why do they always have to make you feel like an inconvenience from mobile ordering?! I ALWAYS come 20 minutes after I place the order (on purpose) and it’s still never ready when I get there. They always tell me that they’re still working on it or something like that. It’s never “OK pull forward” It’s like they neglect the mobile orders, And then make you feel bad for coming to get it! And the people in the morning are definitely not morning people. They always have a bad attitude, never cheerful, and make it seem like ‘how dare you be there that early’ … I’m paying $8 for a drink, and tipping. You could at least say good morning

I always buy the Carmel Ribbon Crunch and usually it’s ok, but I didn’t get the crunch or dark Carmel at the bottom. Every store makes it different.

First visit of the pumpkin spice season. Ordered ahead on the app and got my first pumpkin spiced latte. Went through the drive-thru and had 2 cars in front of me. Only waited a couple of minutes before I got my latte from the friendly employee. I love Starbucks pumpkin spice latte, much better flavor then Dunkin'. My only complaint is the venti size felt kind of light so when I opened the lid it was only filled 3/4 of the way?

⭐☆☆☆☆ The World’s Slowest Drive-Thru – A Masterclass in Wasting Time

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to age in real time, visit this Starbucks. The drive-thru here doesn’t just test your patience—it crushes your spirit. It’s like each car in line is a chapter in a tragic novel where the plot never moves forward.

Every. Single. Time.
It doesn’t matter if it’s morning, midday, or midnight—this location consistently delivers Olympic-level slowness. I’ve seen employees move with the urgency of a dial-up connection. I’ve had time to write emails, scroll every social media app twice, and rethink every life decision that led me to this line—and I’m still two cars back from the speaker.

And when you finally crawl up to the window? You’d think you were handed a cup of gold the way it took 25 minutes to make a basic iced coffee. Spoiler: it’s lukewarm, half-mixed, and not even correct. But by then, you’re too emotionally defeated to care.

This isn’t just poor service. It’s a caffeine hostage situation.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy existential dread served at 2 miles per hour.

This is the worst Starbucks in Connecticut and possibly I’ve ever had. Whoever was working on may 24th should be fired and ashamed. I asked for a large caramel frap with extra caramel. I watched the girl finish this and told her that I wanted her how they always make it with caramel swirled around the cup and extra crunchies. I also said it looked too light like there was no coffee in it. She looked at me, immediately stopped and waited for a guy employee to come over. She stood there and then handed it to me silently. The first photo on the left. This tasted like a plain milk milkshake. There was no coffee in it. I also tasted soap. I went back in and asked them to make it again because I like how it’s usually made and I only tasted milk. I said this isn’t how it’s always made. He insisted he put the right amount of pumps in it and snatched it out of my hand. The girl and guy were then whispering and laughing while he made it exactly the same. Wasted my time, money and then gave me dirty looks when I sat outside. This is not how these are made. They were also liquid and not blended…?…They are made with coffee and milk, ice and then mixed…caramel is swirled around the cup… especially when I asked for extra and paid for extra… thanks… would like a refund..

Most everyone here is rude and they NEVER give you what you order. It’s especially frustrating as a vegetarian when I receive meat products constantly from this location. I have wasted so much money at this location on things I have had to throw away and I feel it’s really disrespectful that the staff here does not seem to be respectful of people with limiting diets.

I never leave reviews but I was saddened by my experience I bought a white chocolate mocha and received a half filled drink not exaggerating it was HALF full. When I asked if they could possibly fill it up to the top she added cold milk and gave it back to me. I ended up with a cup of steamed milk by the end.

Ordered two drinks. I asked for my ice coffee a certain way. The women who took my order couldn't be bothered. The drink was made wrong and I paid over $12 dollars, this is why I go to Cumberland Farms and make the coffee myself. See you Starbucks!

Me and my coworkers( about 4 of us) stop at Starbucks every morning around 9:45 -10 am and we all like the protein boxes. Half of the time you never have them or you only have one. We literally fight over the PB&J one and we’ve only seen it once there but any other Starbucks I’ve gone to has always so it makes no sense 😩 bring back the pb&j to this location

The staff ignores you when there is a problem with your order. I was even saying excuse me to get their attention and they just kept walking away from me. So I threw my whole $8 drink in the garbage and walked across the street to Dunkin where the customer service is superb
