First visit of the pumpkin spice season. Ordered ahead on the app and got my first pumpkin spiced latte. Went through the drive-thru and had 2 cars in front of me. Only waited a couple of minutes before I got my latte from the friendly employee. I love Starbucks pumpkin spice latte, much better flavor then Dunkin'. My only complaint is the venti size felt kind of light so when I opened the lid it was only filled 3/4 of the way?

What a great Starbucks 👍 super friendly staff and drinks and food were perfect. I'm saving this location in my favorites! If you haven't tried this Starbucks, be sure you do!

Whoever makes Frappuccinos at this location (West Street, Southington) does not know how to make them as good as the Starbucks in Bristol on Farmington Avenue (both locations). The first time I ordered here I was shocked at how weak the Frappuccinos were but I thought maybe since they are newly opened then they haven’t got truly experienced baristas but it has been quite a while since they have been operating and they still don’t know how to make good Frappuccinos.
