This location used to be one of my favorite spots to visit, but lately, the service has been horrible. Most of the staff are new since the new owner took over, and unfortunately, the teenagers working there don’t seem to care about providing good service at all.
I ordered a regular chicken grill, just like I have millions of times before, and it came with cheese and other toppings. I made sure to request all of it, yet they only gave me plain chicken. When I called to see if I could come back for the missing sandwich or to add what was left out, the customer service was extremely unhelpful. They didn’t even offer to let me return to the store; instead, they repeatedly insisted that I was wrong. “You ordered a chicken sandwich, and that’s that,” they said.
While that may be the name of the sandwich, it doesn’t imply that it only includes chicken. My experience was horrible, and I didn’t even get a chance to explain myself. I will never come back here again.

The food was good, but one of the older people behind the counter was rushing/interrupting me while I was actively speaking my order to him. I could barely mentally process what I wanted to say. The younger kid who was obviously still in training was actually better than the more experienced person. So Im likely not coming back to this particular subway. Be more patient with your customers next time. Oopsie.
