Our sandwiches were delicious! Tonight the man working was helping a woman before us, she waited until the last second to complain about how the worker made her sandwich and she said “Your manager will be hearing from me” when he said “do you want me to remake it?” she said “no. let me pay so I can leave.”The man working tonight at this store on 5/23/24 was very kind to us, was attentive and made our sandwiches perfectly. He did not deserve to be treated like this by the previous customer. I hope he does not get reprimanded for it. Thank you!

the wrap size is never consistent.. Some days my wraps are like tight round perfect burritos and others they’re flimsy and small. It’s frustrating (I get a veggie delight wrap) Tonight my wrap was like a semi -flat rectangle shape that was cut in half almost from corner to corner… I picked it up and the veggies just all fell out. There was so much space.. it wasn’t wrapped well at all.

I have been going here for a long time and the service is great most of the time but every time I use a gift card or some time off special code they make it impossible. I got some e gift card from work and they said I can't use them in store only online ordering I been to other restaurants and it works fine. The cashier did not even try and when I said i always have an issue with them she ignored me. ? seriously thinking about not returning!!
