Went into the restaurant of this facility, they lady staff told us that they were closed on the inside. We proceeded to slowly made our way out but one of my friend who was already here at Taco Bell wanted to refill his Taco Bell drink cup inside. Then we proceeded to go through the drive thru and order and got our food. We then checked our receipt and food and drinks then found that they charged me for an extra item. Went back through the drive thru and asked for a refund or the item that was charged, after the lady who was speaking to us on the speaker told us to pull up. The manager who was a male don’t know his name but he was extremely rude and gave us attitude and said that he charged us because our friend “left the restaurant and came back and refilled his drink” but mind you my friend who refilled his cup was still on the property and was just waiting in their parking lot for us. The manager was rude and told us that my friend couldn’t do that, but mind you it’s free refills but he was extremely hostile towards us and I don’t appreciate the hostility and rude professionalism that he displayed towards us.

I wish I could give a zero! Friday march 20th they close at 3am! I pull into the drive thru at 2 am as I just got out of work. They were so rude and disrespectful saying if I didnt door dash they couldn't serve me! Im like what??? You have someone here to make a burrito whats the difference? He started shouting at me i was shocked at the disrespectful demeanor. I drove around and back into the drive threw and they completely ignored me. How do these low life's get away with this?? This is taco bell now? This is what you want representing you? And this isn't the first bad experience Ive had at the queen st. Store

My boyfriend and I stopped in tonight the place was very dirty and kinda hazy. It took awhile for our food to come out,with plenty of staff working also food was in wrong packaging.
Trash over flowing food on floors and counter tops and what looks to be a snot on table.

I work nearby. On occasion I'll come here for hash browns at breakfast. They're nice and crunchy, quite good. Better than McDonald's imo. The people are always very nice and quickly get my order together for me. It's taco bell, but if you're gonna pick taco bell, this is a good one.

Quiet drive-through, I got a chicken quesadilla, extra chicken, NO jalapeño sauce, plus guac. Paid extra for the guac and chicken. Quesadilla came out WITH jalapeño sauce I asked to exclude and WITHOUT the guac I paid for. Didn’t look like extra chicken, either. I’m not very upset because it’s a few bucks, I should’ve checked my bag, it’s not that serious, etc, but I still wish I had gotten at least my money’s worth.
Excellent customer service and outstanding problem-solving. I truly appreciate the person in charge who addressed the issue immediately with a great attitude and genuine professionalism. They were attentive, efficient, and made sure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. This level of service makes a big difference and shows a real commitment to customers. Highly recommended!

You want me to eat a taco with nothing and they almost forgot the hot sauce. I get it it’s not the greatest job but can Gen Z do anything right ?
