Pretty good place, nice and clean.
Even my friend who was with me was impressed with how good it was inside and the good food.

They took a long time to deliver my order, the last 3 employees of the 12:43 AM shift spent time talking, and they treated me indifferently.
Typical fast food joint. Hit or miss service.

Did not get a message that my food was ready and they still take my money and not give it back
Stopped by at just after 12 today and the doors were still locked. Some clown inside tapping away at the register ignored me. Took it as a sign and spent my money at Moe's instead. Won't be going to Taco Bell again.

It's gotten more expensive. The spicy chicken Ranchero is good. It takes longer to order thru the self order menu than to give your order to an associate

On July 8th at approximately 6:20pm at this Taco Bell exactly, I was the only customer on site, including the drive through and inside.
The employees LIED about the freezee machine being broken, like every other Taco Bell (Bristol Taco Bell included).
They didn't know their own menu when asked questions and didn't offer any alternatives.
Worst of all that my kid cried because they skimped out on the nacho fries seasoning that was supposed to be on my kids Nacho fries.. USUALLY the fries are covered and these fries in the picture are borderline regular fries.
They hid them at the bottom of the bag, under the napkins and the other food, making some of them squished and had to throw away..
I'm not naming their names but they were lacking communication skills and were portraying very lazy behavior.

You have about a 30% chance of having a good experience at this Taco Bell. I often get it at night after work, as it’s the only place really open nearby. And most nights they tell us they’ve turned off the card readers early and will only take cash, or that they’re only accepting mobile orders and won’t serve you. And all of the employees are just standing outside smoking and chilling. If you do manage to order and get served, they normally forget an item Or manage to forget that you asked for no tomatoes on a taco.
And possibly, the most insulting part, is that when they do serve you on a good night, they stuff five “please review us” papers in the bag. (Gee, I wonder why they need good reviews)
If you’re willing to make the drive, just go to the Bristol Taco Bell instead. They will at least serve you when they’re open and don’t turn off the card readers early.

Who serves an uncooked food item at a fast food place? At first, I was upset because my orders weren’t customized the way I asked (just no tomatoes) but whatever. Then, I open up my quesadilla, and it’s legit raw. Since it had chicken in it, I’m here questioning does that bring salmonella upon the food? Who can make this right for me.

Honestly really good, everything is always fresh and they've never been sold out of anything. Well done 👌
Went through the drive-thru today, couldn't hear the girl. Told her several times we couldn't hear her. Thought it was a speaker problem but it was an employee named Kelly. Got to window and she had an attitude and was too busy playing around with another employee to pay attention to the customers who pay her salary. We asked for no ice in one of the drinks and she put extra ice in it. When I handed her the cup back and said it wasn't supposed to have ice in it, she snatched the cup and slammed the window shut. Won't be back to this TBell if this is the type of employees who are hired to deal with paying customers.

I haven't been in a Taco Bell in a long time, but I was in the mood for a couple of Cheesy Gordita Crunchs. It's bad enough that I have to use that touch screen to place my order with cash, which is lazy, but having to let them know to take my money has reached a whole new level of laziness. I want customer service, not a woke computer.
This place takes so long. I aged 2 years just waiting for a 12 pack of tacos. Just go to McDonald’s or subway next door. Food good tho if you get it. 💀
