Every time I get a burrito from this place I specifically ask for no beans and they always put them in, personally im not allergic or anything but like some people are and this kind of stuff sends people to the hospital, literally putting people at risk knowingly

Food was fine, better then some other Taco Bell locations . Staff looked miserable. Not one smile , not one hello. If they made eye contact, made you feel like you should leave. I almost walked out without my food as I felt so uncomfortable.

Pulled up to the drive through and the woman working it was extremely rude, clearly didn't want to be there. My whole order was made incorrectly, despite repeating each item individually for her. The fiesta potatoes were burnt and inedible, and the rest of my food was cold. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would have went back for a refund. Waste of nearly 40$. Avoid this taco bell at ALL costs

i went to this taco bell at 10:30 on a sunday. the workers are amazing, i had an amazing chicken quesadilla and my boyfriend had an amazing double stacked tacos. we love it here. please give your emoloyees a raise

Major kudos to this Taco Bell! The guy in the drive through in front of me was rude and ordered what seemed to be the entire menu with customizations.

Despite that, the staff was nothing but courteous and professional and I was still out with my mobile order super quick.

The food was delicious to boot!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. I ordered burritos and they came with rock-hard, undercooked potatoes that were completely inedible. As a paying customer, this is unacceptable. I even have photo proof.

When I tried to resolve the issue, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Quality control and customer care clearly mean nothing to this location. If they cannot even prepare something as simple as cooked potatoes, it makes you question the standards for everything else being served.

I will not be returning unless there are real improvements in food quality and customer service. Other customers deserve to know how poorly this location is being run.

On multiple occasions, I have come here after the store is supposed to be open, and the doors are locked. Today I came at 9:38 and it was locked. As I said this has happened before, I think this is the 3rd or 4th time. Just a note, it's always the same person working inside who does not open the door. I know this because I've driven up to the window and it's always the same kid who comes up to the window and says you have to go in the lobby, even after I tell him the doors are locked.
