Every time I go to this location they never put the correct ingredients in (always forget the graham cracker, tastes watered down), the workers are unfriendly, and there’s always a line. The other locations aren’t like this.. it’s a shame because it’s conveniently on queen st but I’d rather drive to the Berlin or Glastonbury location due to these issues…

Lack of good customer service. I put an online order 20 minutes prior to location closing for the day. The order went through but changed for pick up for the next day. I go in to resolve issue, I wasn’t greeted upon entering the store…Once I finally got someone’s attention they weren’t willing to just make the smoothie since I was already there and can’t pick it up for the next day. I’m waiting to get my order voided and the girl is sipping on her freshly made smoothie. So put off by this experience.

All of the staff is very friendly and make great recommendations! The monkey balls they sell are amazing they're basically a healthy version of a peanut butter bonbons!

I Iove their smoothies, but 3 stars for the mediocre service. I'll stick to the Berlin location where the staff is much friendlier. So I don't want to say I had a negative experience at the Southington location, but it wasn't the most pleasant either. There were 2 young women working (today, Sunday, August 20th, 2023). I placed my order online for pick-up. When I walk in, I was the only customer aside from 2 female employees, no-one says anything other than looking at me. Shortly after, 7 people walk in (some are in different groups), but not one person is acknowledged as we all stand there looking at each other. Shortly after my order was ready. Needless to say, I will not return to this awkward location. The staff at Berlin are great.

Made my way to TFM for the first time recently and definitely can say it was worth the pitstop....It was late n the ladies were still super upbeat n helpful when I stepped in the nicely lit outpost which is one of a few I hear.I got the antioxidant berry which was just what I was lookin for... came out pretty quick and tasted great. Not too sweet or too thick and you could taste all the different fruit.Super filling and got me thru the rest of my day, will def be bacc again!!
