The Lab at Factory Square

My kids are the pickiest eaters. After doing an escape room we decided to check out the menu. They not only ate the food, but can't wait to go back. We adults loved it. But the fact my kids, who could live off of fast food chicken, loved it so much speaks volumes. It's just good eating!

One of our favorite places to eat! We love that every week before pottery class we get to try something new while supporting a small local business. I think in the few years of visiting we have only had mixed feelings on one order but it was because we tried something we normally wouldn't go for. I have found the food portions to be perfect and I only complain it's not enough when I wish their was more for left overs 😄.

***The hush puppies are a favorite and we always look forward to trying the salad of the week. Even if you may not see anything you want on the menu be sure to check back because it changes almost weekly.

We visited the Witch Doctor Brewery and were able to order food from the lab right from our phones while enjoying a drink. The Lab will bring it right to you which is great! Our food took a very long time (about 40 minutes) but it was a busy Friday night so understandable. We all ordered the quesadillas which you can stuff with almost anything you want! The quesadillas were amazing; however, they were not served with salsa and when we asked for some we were told they don't carry salsa. That was a huge disappointment, we have never eaten quesadillas without salsa and this seemed weird. To add to the disappointment they were out of sour cream for the night so we had no dips. I will say the quesadillas were still great on their own.

The "lounge" is a nice spot for lunch. The food was suoer and the chef was too. Friendly! We had cod sliders and pork reuben taco!!

The old factory setting is really cool, always appreciate the surroundings. The food was good, actually really good. We had a chance to speak with the owner, he is a roll up your sleeves, hands on kinda guy. He had a new guy manning the counter, he was awesome, great personality and asked during different eating times how was the food. The other staff had been great as well, certainly no issues. The food was really good, sorry I didn’t post pics..:-( the menu changes weekly, for most of the items. Good food, stop in for a great meal, and if you want a beer to you have Game Craft or Witchdoctor right in the same building. Enjoy.. Well be back, I’ll edit my post and show some pics..

The A1 steak grinder and fries were great. I was debating between it and the tacos but the guy at the counter convinced me it was the way to go. We chill and cool staff. Blasted spongebob remix music. ? 10/10 will goober again with you guys
