Stopped in to Zingarella Sunday for some lunch- was very happy! Service and food was great. I had the Orecchiette tossed in olive oil with Sausage, garlic and broccoli rabe. Was a nicely sized portion and very tasty. Would recommend Zingarella for a meal if you're in the area!

My go-to pizza place! Consistent and good. It’s a really nice little place, nice outdoor dining area right along the bike trail. Very kid friendly- my daughter loves being able to see the pizza chef do the dough in the kitchen while waiting for our food. The calamari is excellent. The pizza is always delicious and huge slices. I haven’t tried the ice cream place next door, but will in the future.

I’ve gotten pizza from here a few times and I’m very satisfied with it. The garlic knots however are amazing, they best I’ve ever had hands down! It’s worth it just going to get those! I’ve also had ice cream from there and I thought the price was very fair for what I got, definitely get the homemade cones!

Nice, chill spot - the pizza is listed as New York style....it is not. I ordered the Hawaiian and it was good, but just know that it's a very thin, crunchy crust.Service=goodThere's a walk-up ice cream window outside serving Gifford's ice cream. Good assortment of flavors. Oddly priced per ounce.

Read this entire review before making your decision. The hostess seated us outside and we waited 20 minutes for a waitress. Turned out none of the waitresses were ever told we were waiting outside to be served. Once Abby learned we were outside she totally redeemed the Zingarella experience! No question that our order went to the front. Our appetizer and pizza was back to the table in less than 7 minutes. Our main course without hesitation. We were checked on again and again and she made sure the kids ate first so us adults could be off entertainment detail. Kudos to Abby and BTW the food was great! They have an awesome outdoor seating area and great ice cream shop on the side.

Such a lovely place next to the bike path. Plenty of ice cream selections. Staff is very friendly, the place is very clean and convenient. I coincidentally found about this place while cycling from Southington to New Haven via Farmington Canal Heritage trail. I was able to safely park my bicycle and eat at this place. I would also like to mention the cleanliness of the restrooms.

The food here was excellent. I had the Marsala and my girlfriend had the ravioli stuffed with short rib. Both were amazing. Being a big Bourbon fan, I had their Italian old fashion which was also very good.

We were visiting from Missouri and looking for great pizza and Italian food. Outstanding food and service for a reasonable price.

I had hopes that this would be a new ice cream place we’d frequent throughout the summer but the portions are small and overpriced. Honestly the ice cream was just okay nothing to tell your friends about.

The food was good. Portions were good. Dog friendly which is why we went here instead of other local restaurants. My only ehhhhh was our drinks. We tried a few different kinds and we didn’t drink them. We asked to have them credited or switched out and it was a bit of a task. They were like $11 or more each we had 2 each. I was told we could get our Ice cream comped. Which was not equivalent but she did adjust it and for the most part everything was very good.

Fantastic food and ice cream right on the Southington Rail-Trail. Friendly service, gender-neutral bathrooms, covered outdoor seating, cozy indoor restaurant... we've had so many great stops here with the kids & even extended family. I only docked 1 star because they tend to BLAST country music ‍ 5-stars otherwise!!

A special thank you to Chef Angelo who put out an amazing spread. The calamari were fantastic, light and crispy. The bruschetta was mouth watering with fresh tomatoes. The star of the meal was the paglia e fieno pasta however. It was pure perfection, delicious with crispy pancetta and prosciutto in a light creamy sauce. The penne alla vodka was top notch as well. Although not a big fan of lamb (at all) I was floored by the lamb chops, not gamey at all, tender and juicy meat pops. His chicken parm is the standard that all should be held to. Will definitely go back again

I went there on a week night about an hour after they opened. They had no staff but understandable with what's going on out there today. Pizza came out and had absolutely no taste to it ( sausage and onion). Finally the bartender showed up for work (young female) and she started drinking behind the bar. When I asked for a refill on my club soda I was grilled why I wasn't drinking alcohol, and why I was drinking water. I asked for my bill and she gave it to me. Despite all the issues I still gave a 20% tip, leaving $10. Several days later I checked my credit card statement online and the girl gave herself a $15 tip. Have been there several times and things only dive bombing there. Would Never recommend this place..

Waited for 15 - 20 mins, nobody wcomed me or even asked if wanted a drink. Looked like there was more focus on indoor customer. Left and went and had dinner someplace else.
